Grand Panama is one of the few Gulf-front resorts in Panama City Beach that welcomes your four-legged family members, making it easy to enjoy a beach getaway without leaving them behind.
Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

"My family had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and the beachfront location was so peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The host was A+. Mitch was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. One thing worth noting for future guests is that the resort fees and a separate pet fee is also collected at check-in. If you’re bringing a pet, make sure their vaccinations are up to date. We ran into a last-minute issue because of that, but it was quickly resolved. Overall, we had a great experience!"

"Very spacious. Decorated cute. Loved the wall mirror in the living space. Good water pressure. Good size balcony. We enjoyed our stay here. We typically like to stay on the other end of front beach but needed a dog friendly place and we are glad we used this one. Pet fees were a little steep. But overall we had a great time and the property management services was very responsive!"

The decor was coastal and charming, making it feel like a true retreat. The location couldn’t have been better – just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The building was quiet, secure, and had great amenities like a pool and fitness center. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making the whole process seamless from booking to checkout. "Softball/Beach trip - This condo was great as well as the resort. The condo was very clean and the wait for the elevators was not bad. The only complaint I have would be the heat that is coming out of the vents by the unit doors. The heat coming from the vents was extreme and made it quite uncomfortable coming and going from the unit."

"The vacation was everything n more! This property was well kept and customer service was always on top of things! The condo 902 was clean fresh and enjoyable. Only thing I would suggest is better fitting sheet for the Master bed and better pillows. Furniture was comfortable but I myself prefer leather cause you can wash it down whereas at times I felt sofa was a sweat box. Minor things compared to great setting great customer service price was reasonable and elevators for most part very quick. We've been to PCB 4x and these elevators were the best so far! It was also nice having music played by our drink/ food hut! Best condo we've rented to date!!!"

"Great condo for four people - Pros: fantastic and beautiful beach, two pools and two hot tubs (ones in Tower 2 much less crowded!), spotless condo, very well equipped condo, comfortable beds, responsive host (replaced a faulty outlet same day!). Cons; check in was hectic with everyone accessing a few elevators at the same time, accessing parking across the street was a significant annoyance, parking cost is $50 not $30. Last notes: condo good for four but would be cramped for more than four, be aware that check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am so first and last days are basically lost."
