Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

"We’ve stayed at Grand Panama for several years. We love the location and the property. This unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The master actually has a king and not a queen bed ( which is what was advertised)- which I wasn’t disappointed about. The beds were comfy, and the balcony was big. The bunks in hallway are a full over full which was also nice for older kids. There are many hooks to hang towels and wet swimsuits, which is a nice touch with 8 people. Our only complaint would be the pot smoking- hard to enjoy the balcony, anytime of the day, because someone kept lighting up. The kitchen could also use more containers with lids to store things in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return."

"The views were perfect from the large balcony. Everything that was advertised about the condo was accurate. The problems we had were, the wait for the elevators, the process to pre pay for parking, and the number one issue was people were smoking pot everywhere. We couldn’t enjoy the large balcony as much as we wanted due to this, and numerous people were smoking it at the pool, so we didn’t get to use the pool either."

"The beach access and the view from the condo were both amazing. We watched dolphins swim each morning as we drank coffee on the balcony. The beach was beautiful. The condo was so comfortable and plenty spacious for our group of 5, plus our french bulldog. There was plenty of room to set up his crate in the hallway. We would definitely book this unit again!"

"The perfect stay - We were immediately impressed with how beautiful this condo was. It was very clean as well. The beds were comfy enough. We loved that there was box fans available in the bathroom closet & laundry area closet as we sleep better with fans. The location of this condo is great. Close enough to anything you might need. We hung out at the pool at the second tower as it tended to be much less crowded. The only complaint I could think of for the room was that there was no dresser storage in the master bedroom so we kept everything in suitcases. Not a huge deal tho. We would definitely stay here again and suggest this to others as well."

When we arrived to check in, we found that the side of the building where the unit we rented was located was having exterior painting performed rendering the unit unusable. The building management neglected to notify Warren Beach Rentals. They were amazing!! They had us in a different unit in the same resort on the same floor in less than 30 minutes!! We couldn’t be more pleased with their prompt response! And both units we great!! "Nice and clean but the pool was closed - The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We were super disappointed that the pool in our building was closed. This was not communicated to us and was a game changer really. The jelly fish were really bad so we were wanting to use the pool in our building. Finally, we had a family of 7 so it was a tight squeeze to watch a movie together. Not a huge common area for a large family."

"Very nice condo - Very nice and a good location. The pet fee is extreme but otherwise a good value. There were a couple of minor issues. Blender didn't work but we just bought an inexpensive one at nearby Walmart. Also fitted sheet in master bedroom was too small for the mattress and wouldn't stay on. Only 3 elevators to service 22 floors but no long waits, we were there in September so not sure about peak season."
