"Absolutely gorgeous view! Property is super quiet and clean. There are few amenities from home (I.e. spices, cleaning supplies, day 1 coffee) and the linens/pillows could use an upgrade. "We loved our stay! Super clean! Host was super responsive! Any issues we had were dealt with immediately! Water filter had to be replaced and beach code had issues! Both were fixed timely and appropriately! Only issue we did have was with parking. We have bigger vehicles, and the spots were tight! I feel this is an issue everywhere in PCB, though!"

"Absolute reset A few days before our trip, the folks at Warren reached out to us regarding construction going on at the property we had booked with them, and asked if we would like to switch to another of their rentals. This turned out to be a blessing as this unit was everything we could have wanted. With only 2 units per floor this made us feel relaxed, without the hustle and bustle, and impersonal feel of large towers. Everything inside the unit was well maintained, clean, and up to date. We only had one question the entire 10 days we were there, and it was immediately answered, and our relaxing time was uninterrupted. We look forward to coming back to this building again, and hopefully this same unit."

The unit is pristine and likely the cleanest vrbo we have stayed in.
The beds were all comfortable, and the unit was spacious and well appointed.
What REALLY sets this unit apart is the views and the privacy, located in a low key area with no highrises nearby, the beach was never crowded, and we were close to all of the best things we love to do in PCB. I cannot say enought about this condo, its spectacular in every way and a MUST GO for anyone considering. Thank you to the Warren Beach Rentals staff for making this trip wonderful. "Beach stay - Beautiful condo and views. We had some difficulties using elevator when arrived. Other people were given code also but when using code wouldn’t work. Other person called mgr. No code needed. Just manually push buttons. * but obviously that has nothing to do with unit. Daily military jet flyovers, which we enjoyed watching.

It was the nicest accommodation we have ever had on a trip. We have been to the Florida panhandle 3 times in the last few years and we and our kids all agree this was the best trip of them all due to this location and accommodation. We were also really impressed with how responsive and helpful Christy with Warren Beach Rentals was when we needed help with a parking pass for our accessibility trailer we use to haul our son’s equipment. We are already talking about our next trip!!"

"Great Stay - I will give Warren Beach Rentals a five star rating! We have stayed in PCB several times and have had bad experiences with management companies. WBR provided great customer service and was always quick to respond to any of our small issues.
The condo views are unbeatable. The pictures are very accurate. We especially liked the fact that the condo is small in size and feels very private. The location to St. Andrews Park was perfect. The beach (always beautiful) seems much more quiet than the beaches in front of the mega unit condos in the area.
We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived. When reported, the issues were solved immediately and without question.
My only negative was that we were charged 2 cleaning fees for a 2 month stay. When I questioned this charge I was told that policy no longer exists but was in place at the time I booked. I have booked through WBR for next year and was not charged 2 fees so I’m glad they changed this policy.
The condo kitchen was well supplied with good quality dishes and pots and pans. The appliances seemed new and of good quality. The furniture shows a bit of age and the decor a bit outdated but again was as pictured.
I would stay here again, no questions."

"Great views - The view in this condo is amazing! It was clean and everything was nice. Beds could use an update they were very hard. Parking was difficult because they were doing some painting on the outside of the building and they blocked off so many parking spots we had no where to park. "Emerald waters - Beautiful views coupled with convenient and clean accommodations. Our family of four enjoyed waking up to having a cup of coffee while overlooking the beautiful beach. We saw dolphins and a loggerhead sea turtle. With only two units per floor high rise felt surprisingly low key and relaxed. Elevator waiting was very minimal Beach never felt crowded and the water was warm and clear We particularly liked venturing to St. Andrew State park about a five minute drive away. We went snorkeling at the jetty and walking the beach. Overall I would recommend particularly for those that enjoy being right on the beach"

Nearly no-wait on elevators - which is a rarity in PCB condos. The kitchen pots/pans need replacing (as they were in bad shape). Other than that, the kitchen was well-appointed.
Parking is a challenge; it seems that parking for this unit is across the (not busy) street.
The big tv in the den has connection problems & we could not watch cable. Usually not a problem- but the Braves were in the playoffs(!) I told property management & they advised us to contact maintenance. We did, but maintenance was unresponsive."

"Great family trip - This was a great property overlooking the beach, with a great pool and private parking. The unit itself was fantastic, great space and if we were to move down there and could afford to buy, it would be where we would invest. Lots of stuff to do in the area, but the property was a quiet getaway at the end of the day. Some tips: Publix, not Walmart. Pontoon Lagoon for dolphin jetski tour. Grayton Beach for day trip. Bring a canopy tent. Have fun!"

"Pictures are Deceiving - This property was way better than the pictures.... Everything was easy access, kitchen had everything you needed including extra seating. The view was AMAAAAZZZZIIINNNNNGGGG with more than enough space. I only hated the master bed was a little bit hard."
