Grandview East is currently undergoing scheduled building maintenance and exterior concrete repairs. While the majority of the more disruptive work associated with the initial phase has been completed, construction will remain ongoing over the coming months.
Guests should be aware that:
• Construction activity and intermittent noise may occur during permitted working hours. • Upcoming work will include exterior repairs performed using swing-stage equipment. • Work is currently planned to progress from the 05 stack, followed by the 04, 03, 02, and 01 stacks. • During certain phases, balcony access may be temporarily restricted depending on the location of active work. • Pool and beach access may be temporarily impacted or rerouted as additional safety precautions are implemented for overhead work. The association is working with the City regarding requirements intended to allow access to remain available whenever safely possible. • Construction schedules and amenity availability are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety requirements, contractor scheduling, and conditions discovered as work progresses. • The association currently anticipates the exterior swing-stage portion of the project will take approximately three months once that phase begins, although all timelines are estimates and may change.

"Mitch’s condo was beautiful, with a perfect location. We loved that the stairs were right outside our door, as was as a trash shoot for easy removal of garbage. So convenient! The beds were comfortable, we was the living room furniture , and we had everything that we needed. Only one thing worth noting—communicate about the parking before booking to ensure you understand where you will be parking. The parking that we had during our stay was less than convenient, but overall, didn’t completely affect our stay. We enjoyed the balcony and the close proximity to the beach! The view from the lower room was beautiful. The pool areas was quite small for a building this large, but was not too crowded during our time. During peek season I could see it not being adequate overall, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo was very nicely decorated. The only negative about cleanliness was the master bathroom closet. It seemed to be overlooked during cleaning. Certainly not a deal breaker., just an oversight. The full sized washer and dryer was nice for a party of 9. Would definitely stay here again."

"Grandview 101 - The condo itself is a beautiful, end unit, above the parking area. And, believe it or not, it’s nice and quiet! On the 1st floor, so an easy walk up or ride in the elevator. We didn’t think we’d see dolphins from this height, but we saw them almost every day! There’s a closet loaded with beach chairs, toys, etc. The kitchen is adequately supplied.Only cons: pool heater was broken during our stay due to the snow fall in January, there’s only 1 grill (but luckily for us we were never inconvenienced), the fitness center has broken equipment in it, and there’s no security for the parking that we noticed, although we assume someone must be checking to see that your vehicle has the correct parking pass).We would consider returning here for certain!"

There was enough room for all 8 of us comfortably and the location was perfect. This condo is on the first floor and beach is so close and convenient. The pool was great and there were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everything was clean and fairly updated-one if the window ledges was damaged but nothing that impacted our stay at all. The only real suggestion I would make is provide a few more towels and maybe a swiffer or something to help clean up."

"Wonderful - The condo is beautiful and so spacious. Being on the first floor was really nice too. The kitchen had everything we needed, even an air fryer. We rented chairs for a couple days and then we realized there we chairs and and umbrella in the closet, so that was a nice surprise! The pool was heated which was perfect for our March stay. We will definitely be back."
