The four bedroom condo was spacious and came equipped with everything you could possibly think of. I’ve frequented many condominiums on the beach and this by far was my favorite."

"Mitch’s condo was beautiful, with a perfect location. We loved that the stairs were right outside our door, as was as a trash shoot for easy removal of garbage. So convenient! The beds were comfortable, we was the living room furniture , and we had everything that we needed. Only one thing worth noting—communicate about the parking before booking to ensure you understand where you will be parking. The parking that we had during our stay was less than convenient, but overall, didn’t completely affect our stay. We enjoyed the balcony and the close proximity to the beach! We would stay again when we are back in PCB!"

"Family vacation - The location of condo was perfect. The accommodations were accurate. The size of the bedroom with bunk was very small, but worked out ok. The view from the lower room was beautiful. The pool areas was quite small for a building this large, but was not too crowded during our time. During peek season I could see it not being adequate overall, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo was very nicely decorated. The only negative about cleanliness was the master bathroom closet. It seemed to be overlooked during cleaning. Certainly not a deal breaker., just an oversight. The full sized washer and dryer was nice for a party of 9. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Grandview 101 - The condo itself is a beautiful, end unit, above the parking area. And, believe it or not, it’s nice and quiet! On the 1st floor, so an easy walk up or ride in the elevator. We didn’t think we’d see dolphins from this height, but we saw them almost every day! There’s a closet loaded with beach chairs, toys, etc. The kitchen is adequately supplied.Only cons: pool heater was broken during our stay due to the snow fall in January, there’s only 1 grill (but luckily for us we were never inconvenienced), the fitness center has broken equipment in it, and there’s no security for the parking that we noticed, although we assume someone must be checking to see that your vehicle has the correct parking pass).We would consider returning here for certain!"

"Our stay - Our stay was pretty decent. There were some things that could be better but over all it was pretty good. There was mold in the washer that we had to clean out and the top shelf on the refrigerator was broken. We would definitely stay here again."

"First floor balcony, I felt I was right on the beach! - Loved the ease of access to the beach. Spacious unit with enough beds for 8 adults comfortably. Top bunk in bunk room only suitable for children, as the ladder access was metal steps very painful on adult feet. We would definitely come back!"

"Fall Getaway - We definitely enjoyed our time, there are a couple of things that needed some attention but nothing that was a game changer or that ruined our stay. We wished there was a lower table to eat at as we had a little with us, or having a high chair, and there was some sand on floor on arrival but, you definitely can expect that being at the beach. It is a very spacious corner unit and being on the first floor did not take away from the views and made getting in and out a breeze. Very close to Walmart as well. We had no issues during our stay. Parking across the street is not ideal but there are crosswalks with lights to alert drivers, so we had no issues crossing at any time of the day."

"Pleasant stay! - We had a great time. Condo was super nice and clean, as advertised! 1st floor condo was extremely convenient. Parking was a non issue! Only drawback, and its a minor one, the tv setup was confusing and hard to navigate! We had to use our phone hotspots to watch some sporting events that we wanted to watch. Yes, the unit has Wi-Fi but for whatever reason there must have been some restrictions set on the tv that we couldn't figure out! Overall grade A+"

"Prevent future accidents - The place was beautiful but I spent the second afternoon in the ER after the condo door slammed shut on my right hand. The door used to have a hydraulic closer on it … we could see where it used to be installed but it is no longer there. Someone opened the sliding glass door to the balcony as I was coming in which created a draft as I was coming in."

"Family Time on the Beach - We rented this unit to get some quality family time during our spring break. It was the perfect place for us, there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the view was amazing.
There was a well stocked kitchen for when we wanted to cook, but we were also close to many nice restaurants.
I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. It was a perfect place for us to stay with our kids and grandkids.

"Great location! - This property was perfect for us! My family of 5, my mother, and in laws stayed in this condo for a weekend gymnastics meet. There was enough room for all 8 of us comfortably and the location was perfect. This condo is on the first floor and beach is so close and convenient. The pool was great and there were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everything was clean and fairly updated-one if the window ledges was damaged but nothing that impacted our stay at all. The only real suggestion I would make is provide a few more towels and maybe a swiffer or something to help clean up."

"Perfect 4 bedroom right on the beach - Our experience with Warren beach rentals was excellent. The 4 bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and had several nice amenities. "Great Place! - First of all the communication was fantastic. The pre arrival and check out email tell you everything you need to know. The location was perfect, we walked to most places we ate. Walmart is close also. There were beach chairs and an umbrella for use that really saved the day, beach chairs were also available to rent. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, coffee pot, etc."

We rented chairs for a couple days and then we realized there we chairs and and umbrella in the closet, so that was a nice surprise! The pool was heated which was perfect for our March stay.
