"Amazing beachfront stay with private access to beach and the mattresses on all the beds were beyond comfortable ! You’re at the center of everything PCB has to offer at this location. Make sure to read the instruction guide that gets sent to you thoroughly prior to heading there because if you don’t it can be a bit confusing. Building code is separate from door code and parking is across the street but it’s not a hassle whatsoever. We plan on coming back to this location everytime we come visit ! Great experience (:"

"There was some confusion about how you gained access to the building. There is a separate code for the beach/building access. It was not found in the same place on the app as the code for the condo. Otherwise the condo was fantastic and the hosts response was always prompt. It has beautiful views of the beach. There were issues with 1 of 2 elevators breaking down for half of the stay, but that wasn’t the hosts fault. All in all it was a great place to stay."

"Mitch’s condo was beautiful to say the least. Everything inside the condo was up to date and clean. We loved the corner unit as you could see for miles down the beach! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc you may ever need to cook which we appreciated. The mattress topper on the master bedroom was amazing!!!

"All Around Gorgeous - The condo was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable. Everything was tidy and clean, as well as anything you may need to enjoy your stay was provided. The view from the balcony was beautiful.. I could set there for hours. My advice for others.. Due to parking being across the street..Bring a beach wagon, it will make it easier to get things from your car to the condo. I will definitely book 505 GVE again, and highly recommend this gorgeous condo."
