"The property itself was INCREDIBLE! My husband and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Note, (this is not Mitch’s fault and he would have no control over it) we had some pretty noisy upstairs neighbors that kept us up until late hours, and being pregnant, that was unfortunate. However, Mitch told us who to contact and was very kind. Otherwise, everything was sincerely smooth and incredibly straightforward, with accurate directions, quick response time, and being in a true gem on 30A. Stepping outside easily to the pool was 10/10. A small issue was the bed wasn’t super comfy, it felt like the mattress was worn down/older. Giving 5 stars because it truly was the best trip & such a cozy place to stay."

"We had a great stay here! The location is perfect! A short walk to Alys, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a very doable walk to Rosemary beach. Mitch provided a great guidebook with very clear instructions for the Airbnb as well as recommendations for everything 30A. Would definitely stay here again!"

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This place was amazing! You are right smack in the middle of everything you could want to see!! You can walk to beach in under 10 minutes, you are so close to restaurants and shopping! It is actually insane! Make sure you read your guidebook beforehand so you can plan accordingly, everything is spelled out for you but you need to read it! I would encourage you to save all the links that are provided when you look through it, especially if you wanna book bikes, bonfires, chairs! You will def be referring back to it! It is quiet and so very safe! You could hear the upstairs neighbors footsteps but my white noise machine cancelled it out during sleep. We had some issues with the pool/lagoon area but it was quickly corrected by Mitch! I cannot say enough good things about this place, I am definitely coming back! Thank you Mitch!!!!!"

Everything to Rosemary Beach was a ten to fifteen minute walk, which we didn’t mind. There were about three restaurants that were closer in Alys Beach. Overall a great experience!"

"Nice studio unit - We had a wonderful stay at Inn at Seacrest 104. This unit is next to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. This unit met all of our needs. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that should get fixed (dimmer/light switch in kitchen did not work, shower faucet handle is loose and can fall off, screen on patio door does not slide easily - needs some WD40. These did not have any negative impact with our stay. We will definitely stay here again."

"Perfect for my little family Of 3 - The Inn at Seacrest was a perfect little space for our family of 3. Unit 104 is the best unit in the Inn b/c it is on the ground floor and right by the pool. The unit had everything we needed, it was very clean and has been updated/renovated recently. It was like brand new! We loved staying here and I would recommend it for a couple or a couple with a small child."
