"The house, pool, location, and beach were perfect for our family of 4 vacation including 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked. We got fresh fish and cooked most nights. The beds were comfortable. The selection of beach chairs in the garage was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was a short walk to the beach which was beautiful and not crowded. The pool was the perfect size and very relaxing in the evenings. We had the best trip and would definitely return!"

"One of the best vacations ever. Very clean, quiet, relaxing, but still close to all the fun! Most comfortable beds and the pool was very nice after the beach. One afternoon we caught about 10 bream and 5 bass right off the dock. Very fun"

"THIS IS A DOLL HOUSE!!! The owners are AWESOME. - The house is SO CUTE and so well put together, Custom Kitchen and coffee bar area. In fact, so many nice touches and features too numerous to mention.
The Beds are simply the best, most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on! In fact asked the manager if we could get the brand and order info.
The kids caught bream off the dock, they were so excited.
The location of the home could not be better. On a gated street right on the Bay/Walton County line and about 2 miles or so from Rosemary Beach.
Beach is a block away, not crowded, easy access. The owers left us plenty of beach chairs, toys, even a wagon to pull gear and kids back and forth to the beach.
The pool is perfect size, we paid to heat the pool to 88 degrees, so we could swim any time. Just an unbelievable home in a wonderful location."

"Tommy was born with special needs who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. Although the Dr's say nothing can be done, We belive God can heal. When I ask him what he would do if he could do anything, his response " I went to FL when I was younger but didn't get to see the Big Water, I always wanted to see the Big Water & play in the sand " I set out on a mission to find the perfect place to accommodate him. God brought me to " Jamaican Me Happy" Tommy was able to enjoy not only the home but also the private pool & private dock for fishing. With only a 5min wheelchair ride to the beach he was able to enjoy that Big Water & play in the sand. I highly recommend this property too anyone looking for a clean,comfortable, private, relaxing vacation with all the extra amenities. WARNING: Upon your departure "Jamaican Me Happy" will make you "Jamaican Me Sad" when you have to leave Thank you Mitch for being Trip #1 on "Tommy's Journey " Already planning our next visit"

"Amazing!! - We had the absolute best time. Swimming in the pool, fishing in the lake, eating Bayou Bill's, Sharky's, playing Top Golf, go-karts, the Pirate Show! A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach which is less crowded than most Panama City Beaches and so beautiful. The location was great and we were able to quickly and conveniently drive to any restaurants or activities we wanted to including Pier Park. As for the house itself, it had all the amenities we could hope for and they were all in excellent condition. The outdoor shower and water hoses were nice to wash off sand from the beach before diving into the pool. The living room was very spacious and we were all able to lounge and watch movies together before bed. Loved this spot and the memories made here and would definitely stay again!"

"Great place to stay! The house and location were outstanding. It's far enough away from all the busy areas making it way less crowded, but close enough for a quick drive to all the restaurants and shopping. It was nice to be able to swim, paddleboard, and fish right out the back door, and the beach is only about a 5 min walk. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We had 5 kids ranging from 5-17 and had plenty of room. Warren Beach Rentals was very friendly and easy to communicate with from start to finish."

"Absolutely Perfect! - I cannot say enough about this place. It more than exceeded our expectations. It was SUPER clean and nice. That is a major plus for me as I am extremely picky with cleanliness. The amenities also exceeded our expectations. We didn’t need for anything when it come to cooking and eating at the house. The pool is clean, private, and well maintained. Everything you need for the beach is in the garage. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Also…. Huge bonus….. access to the beach was super close. You walk to the end of the street…. Cross the road and the public access walkway was right there. Having a golf cart will make the process even easier as you can park on the side of the road right at the access. We will most definitely come back!"

We loved having the extra amenities in the house, the house was clean, the pool was heated very nice and relaxing, but that sunset was to die for. My family will definitely be back for another stay, I would recommend this place being called Jamaican Me Happy because it did just that!"
