"This was a wonderfull condo! Clean and had everything you would need! They had every dish,pots and pans and even had a crockpot, which I was so excited about! I cooked 2 meals with it while we were lounging at the beach!!! I loved the view from the balcony and the outside furniture was great! I cannot say enough about this place, definitly will be back!"

"A perfect vacation getaway. This was a mother daughter trip, and all we wanted to do was lay on the beach, listen to the ocean and read. And that is just what we did. It’s a great location. All necessity stores are very close. Lots of things to do in the area, but we didn’t venture out. Condo is supplied with all necessities. Communication was great, and they were quick to respond to any questions. We loved this place and will definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family. Very well stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Tastefully decorated with nice furniture. We really enjoyed the nice furniture on the balcony. The location of this unit was perfect. Pool access was very close. Stairs and trash shoot located right out the door. This was a bonus that helped us skip the elevator lines. Very easy access to the beach with amazing views. Plenty of parking spaces. We have traveled all over the panhandle and this was by far my favorite unit to date. We will certainly be back!"

"My family stayed at Long Beach 2-104 for 3 nights. The condo is conveniently located and in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean and we loved that the ones that didn't want to go to the beach could sit on the balcony and watch from the shade. It was easy to get to and Mitch was a great host and communicated with us throughout and prior to our stay. I would defiantly recommend this place and would stay here again the next time we visit Panama City."

"Annual PCB Trip - The trip and condo were great. The living room should have had blinds or curtains due to being on the bottom floor and the sun heating up the condo. Also the televisions were very hard to figure out. Overall, I would stay at this location again."

The year we rented was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. We really felt at home. It was the perfect size for a nice vacation for our family at four. "Family Birthday Get Away - We loved the bottom floor location. It was easy to get to and has quick access from the beach and pool. Not to mention no elevator waits. This place worked perfectly for our family of 4 and we were all very comfortable here. The big windows and the balcony were my favorite parts. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms were good size with plenty of space. There could be a few more games for those rainy days, but that was our only negative thing to say. We love going to the beach for our vacations and this was our first time staying in a condo and at PCB. We would like to go back in the summer and take advantage of all the pools, not just the heated ones, and beach service, that is included with your rental but was not open this time of year. Not to mention everything PCB has to offer that was also closed for the off season. It was still a wonderful family get away that we all enjoyed with plenty to do and we had the beach, that's why we were there! We will be staying here again! It was a great place!"

"We enjoyed our experience. It was relaxing. - We met some very nice people on the beach that were staying in the same building as we were. The beach accommodations were great. Beautiful views. Felt safe. Easy access and clean. Assigned beach chairs and umbrella was convenient so nobody took your spot if you went inside for awhile. Didn't really venture out too much. Not a lot of food choices within walking distance. The ones that were offered were mostly pizza and fast food type choices. Overall, good experience and enjoyable. We would do ths again with knowing what to expect."

"Review of our stay - The host was very accessible! The location was good for our family needs. A short walk to the beach was very handy.
While the unit was adequately clean, it looked like whoever had painted could have been more careful around the trim and hiding flaws with paint. Behind the bathroom doors had not been cleaned. The outside surfaces (doors, deck furniture) were not clean but I realize the weather has a role in that. I would suggest leaving suggestions for guests, i. e. grocery stores, recommended restaurants, etc. It would have been helpful to mention the unit had hair dryers and that no beach chairs or umbrellas come with the unit. A suggestion for where those could be rented would’ve been helpful. We had a good time and we made great memories with our family. Thank you!!!"

"Perfect Week. - Everything went smoothly. Checkin, parking, only one floor up, no lines at elevators. The condo had everything you could possibly need, more than most condos. The balcony was huge and where we hung out the most. The furniture was extremely comfortable! Hot water, good pressure, fans in all rooms including balcony. Keurig and coffee pot, blender. "Perfection! Easy parking. Right in front of Tower. One floor up. No waiting whatsoever for elevator. Condo had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Balcony was HUGE and the furniture was so comfortable! We never even sat in the living room. We stayed on the balcony. Every imaginable dish, kitchen appliance, and even fans in every room. Absolutely beautiful! Hot water and plenty of it. Didn't have to call maintenance once in 7 days. Thank you all for the best wedding week ever!!!"

"Great with a few downers - Great stay! This condo has a beautiful view and it’s very nice inside. The only problems we ran into was the sink in the master bath stayed clogged. The tv in the master would only let you watch Netflix (sometimes). Other then that it’s is amazing. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!"

"Spring break with family - I love to write and read reviews. It makes a big difference whether or not I stay somewhere. With that said I love this place and did not want to leave. When we walked in a I was amazed at the beauty of the condo and of the view. I loved the patio furniture so much I fell asleep there one afternoon. The only issue we had was the bed. My husband and I both have bad backs and are used to a pillow top mattress. So we were hurting some, but that will not deter us from staying here again. Beach access is great and location is close to everthing."
