"Great location, great house - The property is as advertised. Great having 4 king bed suites that are gulf-front so that none of the adults felt short-changed with their room. The kids were really happy with the bunk room and lower level game room. Ample parking for vehicles is a plus too. We appreciated the option to heat the pool and used it heavily and daily. Kitchen was well furnished and there is plenty of gathering space."

"So nice to stay right on beach— easy access to waterfront. Would have liked stair railings on boardwalk leading from house to sand — not ADA compliant? Elevator in house a real plus!!! Directions on how use would have been helpful. Overall a very accommodating house for 13 of us. Would stay again— however very pricy!! "

"Our family of 15 felt right at home in this beautiful and spacious beachfront house! We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time bonding at the beach, grilling out by the pool, and playing games in the evening. "Wonderful - Perfect house for a multi generation family reunion! Plenty of room for everyone in this lovely large house.The location on the beach and pool were enjoyed by everyone. "Beautiful home for our family of 16, ages 4-80! - Very well stocked with everything we needed for great family meals and games. Beds are wonderful and pool was a plus for the little ones. A few issues with elevator, but called for maintenance and they were very prompt to check things out. We will go again for sure!"

"This will now be an ANNUAL FAMILY TRIP! - 5 STARs will not properly express our overall stay at the Fabulous Looney Dunes. There were 19 Adults and we had more room than we imagined. From the informative welcome, the speedy response to minor issues, to the detailed checkout instructions...we had an AMAZING TIME, so much so, this is now become an annual trip!Sure there were a few minor issue we didn't bother you with, ie no way to regulate the temperature in the 2nd floor bdr, it stayed on arctic and no tv remote. The lighting in the 2nd floor Powder Room was very dim. Also, the 2nd floor furniture (common area where everybody hangouts)...sofa sectional and island stools need to be thoroughly cleaned. None of that affected our stay...comments from the fam:"This house is beautiful...""We are situated perfectly on the beach...""The elevator is a GOD SEND!"I feel like we are on an episode of the "The Lifestyles of Rich & Famous""Can we come back next year...""Can we come back every year..."Ok, I will leave space for other outstanding reviews. I can go on forever on ALL the pros this house had to offer...huge rooms, ample rooms, game rooms, a dozen bath rooms!!!!!! ok, ok, I'll stop. Seriously, it was a fabulous stay and our property manager is now an honorary family member!!!! He was AWESOME!"

"Perfect for family with 23 people! - This fit my extended family so well and we loved being right on the beach. From plenty of things for the kids to do while also accommodating my 90 year old grandad this house was perfect. The bunk room was great for the older kids, we thought there was an extra twin in one of the rooms and were a little disappointed to find out there wasn't but the room with the queen and full did the trick. Property management was always quick to respond and make sure the problem was resolved. Overall a great stay!"

"Amazing Home for Family Vacation! - This home has everything. Beautiful kitchen for home cooked meals. The view. The location. The pool. The ocean. We loved everything about it. We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. "Spring Break Family Vaca Looney Dunes was great! Plenty of room and fun for our family of 18! Communication throughout the process was top notch. The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. Checkout was a breeze. We had a leak in one of the bathroom ceilings that was promptly and professionally repaired. The repairman was great. The heated pool was right out the back door, and the awesome beach was too convenient! We even got to watch dolphins each morning. Five stars!!"

"Spring Break 2024 - Our family of 19, my wife and I, our kids and grandkids stayed for Spring Break week. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space for all of us to roam without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to cook large meals for large groups. Each of our kids took a night and cooked for the family and it worked out great. The pool was awesome and it was nice that it was heated for the cool nights. Mitch was great. We had an issue with the pool not heating and he was there right away to take care of it and brought a new propane tank when we ran out. You couldn’t ask for better service by an owner. The views are spectacular and the beach is right out the door. We have already begun to plan our return trip to Looney Dunes. If you have a large family or even if not, this is the house for you."

For the past 8 years we have spent a week after Christmas on the beach in PCB. Never have we had enough bedrooms, bathrooms and personal space.
