"Our family had a wonderful time at the house and we would definitely stay here again. The location was great and made it easy to get to and from places in Navarre while mainly wanting to hang out at the beach. The house was close to the Navarre fishing pier and main beach, but our section was fairly private.The house was clean overall besides normal wear and tear around the property (baseboards and doors mainly). There were some boogie boards and beach chairs available at the house that made things a little nicer for our stay.The main improvement we would suggest is to build a boardwalk over the dunes for beach access similar to neighboring houses or at least trim up the grass and weeds along the walking path to make it easier."

"Excellent stay! Ideas: Fix scuffs on walls, repaint over fixed scuffs,Fix sliding barn doors, we found most of them hard to open especially with no handle on inside or outside. Guests got stuck in middle bathroom multiple times."

"The house is as described. Had everything it said it did and not just broken mismatched kitchen items. Fire pit and hot tub were great. Easy walk to the beach. The beach was very private and had it to ourselves every day. There were beach chairs and an umbrella at the property which was a huge bonus. The only little thing I would suggest is wearing sandals on the trail to the beach, I got so many thorns and burrs stuck in my feet the first day from the path."

"Relaxing rental - we had an amazing time at the rental. We love the hot tub on cooler days and the view from the house. It was amazing with all the open windows looking at the beach. They have a cute fire pit and the beach is literally a few steps away There’s plenty of room for everyone to sleep and everything you can tell is brand new. I loved how they had beach chairs, games for the kids and other beach items."

"We had a great time over Christmas. The location was perfect! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The kitchen was a great size for making family meals including Christmas Dinner and grilling steaks one night. A quick walk over the dunes to the beach and we were stand up paddling and swimming in the Gulf. Would definitely stay here again."

"Stunning views and beach location - you can’t beat it. The house is exactly as pictured and described; very well maintained and very clean. Good amount of seating and dining inside and out. Personally I think 6 adults would be the amount of people I’d want to be with since there is one living space. Good size kitchen, plenty of storage; bring any specific spices and oil you might need for cooking. Very nice drip and k-cup coffee pots. Great communication with management company."

"The best staycation! Navarre beach 1-8 November. - This trip was the best vacation/staycation I needed! Communication was present and helpful when we had questions or needed anything. The house was absolutely beautiful. Warren Beach Rental did a phenomenal job at ensuring the house was clean and ready for our stay. We had everything we needed and conveniently there were stores in close proximity if we needed anything else. There were plenty of extra bath towels if we needed them and of course we brought our own beach towels which made having a washer and dryer on site convenient and useful. We grilled out on the grill that was on property and everything was easy to use. Fully stocked dishes to use for meals. This place was ultimately exactly what I would expect from a beach house rental, it just had an added bonus that Warren went above and beyond to make it feel more homey while away from home. Definitely recommend to others looking for a place to stay, and will definitely return business."

"So thankful we booked Lowe Tide ❤️ - Lowe Tide was perfect for our group! The location is amazing, the walk to the beach is the shortest we have ever had, the beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! There was one minor issue with the hot tub (out of their control) but it was resolved!
There was lots of outside seating on ground level and on the balcony! While some of our group loved being on the beach all day, others wanted time in the hot tub and chillin' beside it! There was always a breeze at the hot tub, which was a blessing! Book it…you won’t regret it!"

"Even better than advertised - The property is located right on the beach with private access. The house was spacious. The beds were unbelievably comfortable - I have asked about mattresses and linens. The family room was spacious with windows located so you can view the rolling waves of the ocean from any location. So much room. The management team was incredibly responsive and welcoming - even going so far as to turn on the over sized flat screen tv before we arrived so there was a cracking fire on the screen when we arrived on a chilly and windy December afternoon. We - 3 adults and one senior furbaby - loved this property. I will return."

"Location was what we wanted - beach front, away from the crowd but still near shops if you need anything. Lots of towels, kitchen had what you needed and more. Bring your own awning for the deck, so you can stay there longer without getting burnt. Good thing we brought our own. Watch out for burrs on the pathway to the beach. Would highly recommend this beach house for families and groups."
