"This was a very low key property, which is what we were looking for. It was all about relaxing, low profile, and most importantly THE BEACH. The view is very old style Florida. We loved it. We will be booking again, and sending this rental to family who also vista PCB. Notably it’s far away from pier park and the busy area. That’s what we wanted. This end of the beach is always what we seek out. It was a great rental home. We will be back!"

"Perfect - This home was perfect for our family of 9. It is a older home but it is very quaint and well maintained. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. The kitchen was well stocked and snacks and drinks were left for our arrival. The beach is beautiful and it is a very short walk from the house. There is a public access entrance close to the house but the beach was never crowded. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon."

"Perfect Family Home - Thanksgiving at the beach was wonderful. Best VRBO hosts! House was exactly as described. Very cozy accommodation. Kitchen had everything we needed. We felt at home and made great memories. The little things that matter: all the beach toys, chairs, and towels needed, clean grill, real toilet paper, welcome snacks, and access to the owners for questions about the area. So close to the beach - children could play while I watched from the back porch.

"Fantastic House/AMAZING SUNSETS - My wife and I stayed here over her birthday and our anniversary. The house is great and in a perfect location! Just steps from the waterfront and a huge deck to enjoy the sunsets from or just to relax and enjoy the gulf waters and wildlife, we watched the dolphins playing, monarch butterflies migrating, dragonflies, a Bald Eagle even flew over the deck one day, and of course my wife’s favorites… the sandpipers. The beach was pretty empty this time of year which was really nice. The house is also located minutes from St. Andrews state park which is a great place to visit. Bottom line we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this property. Thanks Alex and Debbie for the personalized touches and great communication, we look forward to going back next year!"

"Beach is a few steps from your back door! - Excellant location! We had family with a two year old stay and it was really nice to be so close to the beach as the two year old was constantly coming and going. The house was very nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Alex was a great communicator and stocked a few items such as k-cups, snacks, soap, etc - enough to get us started which was very helpful. The back deck is huge and we made great use of it while there. It was a great vacation!"

"Absolutely fantastic! - Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Our whole family loved this place. It was right on the beach on a dead end. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts think of everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels (even beach towels), toilet paper, soaps, etc. They even welcomed us with a handwritten note and goody basket of snacks. The only thing missing is a bathtub - but our little one fit in the sink for his baths just fine! We will definitely be back!!"

"Beautiful Getaway - What a gem! The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The location is unbeatable - steps away from pristine white beaches. Loved that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for our use. "Wonderful beach house with amazing sunsets - We had a great time at this beach house! We saw dolphins swimming almost every day. We appreciated the ample deck space, as well as the beach chairs, umbrellas and floats under the deck for guest use! It is very clear that this house was lovingly restored. It is like new! How often does a rental property allow you to use their beach towels? Wow! Alex and Deborah have gone above and beyond to make sure that you feel like family here! We cooked in for most of our meals, and found the kitchen to be well equipped! It is so close to the water! We will definitely return if we are ever back in Panama City!"

"Hospitality rivals any other - The attention to detail and gestures by owners Alex and Deb were absolutely superb- rivaling the personal attention felt on Disney cruises. Our visit felt like we walked into our very own beachfront home. Literally 30 steps from home to beach (15 if the tide is really in). We were greeted the first morning with dolphins playing in the gulf. Having daily short rain showers was not a problem as we could easily take cover. The linens smelled fresh- I don’t think I’ve ever had a comforter I was comfortable touching me as they aren’t usually cleaned between guests (these are!). There are beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas available for use, too! After 18 years of visiting PCB and staying at even the highest-end condos, none compare to the experience of staying with Alex and Deb’s home."
