The easy access to the beach was so nice and we loved being right there on the water. The pool and hot tub was a hit with my kids. "This condo fit our family well. The balcony and deck furniture were great. The view was spectacular especially being an end unit. The rooms were nice and furnishings all good. The only negative I would say would be the housekeeping on arrival. A few hairs in tubs and water type food splatters on the walls I could see and sand on the rug in the living room but overall clean enough. Thanks for a fantastic place to stay for our family!"

"Right on the beach with a great pool--exactly what we were looking for. Huge space and plenty of room for all staying there! Updated kitchen is a big plus--balcony overlooking the beach is huge! Had an issue with the toilet but the problem was resolved with relative ease. Communication was good. There is a good restaurant next door, and another .5 miles away, and still more as you continue west (1 mile away and you're at Pier Park). So I would say it's an excellent location. It's less commercialized than the hub area that is eastern PCB. I found the staff to be friendly. The parking is super easy, and there is even an ice machine on the ground floor right by the elevators. Cleanliness was 4 out of 5 only because of the toilet issue, and a minor food crud buildup under one of the chairs in the living room. NOTE: mattresses in the bunk bed room are wrapped in plastic and are therefore VERY LOUD if the sleeper rolls over during the night. I think that should be addressed and changed. I understand if young kids are staying there. But if not, it should not be kept like that. Overall, we were very happy with the property!"

"Beautiful views This condo provided 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas with the stay which was a great amenity. Mitch was also quick to respond with any issues. We did have a problem with the air conditioner not cooling because the vents were clogged per the maintence men that came to fix it. They came within 16 hours of the report which was great. The sunset views are stunning on the balcony of this corner unit. The only thing I didn't like is that when it rained half of the balcony flooded from runoff of the upstairs and we couldn't sweep off the water due to nothing being allowed to come off the balcony and people below us so we had to dry it up with multiple towels each time it rained but this isn't the condo owners fault. I haven't ever had someone be so responsive at any place I haven't stayed at before Mitch is a wonderful host! I look forward to our next t vacation at PCB. Thank you all!"

"This was a great condo - exactly as described - and was clean and well stocked. It was also a good location, not surrounded by other high rises, which meant the beach was not too crowded. Unfortunately, one of the three elevators was out of service during our stay and we sometimes had to wait an extraordinarily long time for an elevator."

"We will be back! - Condo is in a great location and had plenty of room for our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 Teens). Having the beach chairs & umbrellas was a huge plus for us.
The only “negative” was that there was not a cart for luggage but the assigned parking spot is close to the elevators so it was not that big of a deal for us."
