"We had a wonderful stay! Our condo on the 18th floor had absolutely beautiful views of the Gulf. The elevator wait times were much shorter than we've experienced at other resorts, which was a very nice surprise. The location couldn't have been better—it's a few miles to Pineapple Willy's and Bayou on the Beach for some great food and just minutes from Walmart, which made grabbing groceries and vacation essentials super convenient. The beach access was easy, the condo was clean and comfortable, and overall it was the perfect place for a relaxing Panama City Beach vacation. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Ocean Villa is located in the perfect part of PCB - very centrally located. Close to restaurants, souvenir shops, and an ice cream shop. It is so nice to be able to walk to some places rather than fight all the traffic. The pool area is great and kept very clean. Bonus is the beach is just steps away! The view from this 18th floor condo is amazing! The balcony is very spacious and has great furniture to enjoy. Everything was very clean and exactly as listed. Owners were very easy to access during our stay- just a text away. I would highly recommend this condo."

"I was nervous to book this place since it only had 1 review, but I’m so glad we took the chance and booked it! We absolutely loved it here! The balcony was huge and the views were perfect! The beds were super comfy! It’s close to all the restaurants! Everywhere we went to eat was only 5-10 minutes away, which was perfect! The host was so awesome! They responded to messages in a timely manner and they were so very helpful! Good location! Right across the street is a bakery, ice cream shop, and daiquiri place! We went to all 3 and enjoyed them all! The condo was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be coming back! We had the best time! I would recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you for having us!!"

"We were on the 18th floor. View is amazing! It’s ON the beach so getting there was super easy. I was nervous about the elevators, but since it’s smaller occupancy, we hardly ever had to wait (except for Saturday at check/in times). It is walkable to a few restaurants, an ice cream shop, a coffee and daiquiri place, and some souvenir shops. The price for the time we went was reasonable, and being on the beach was perfect, so this was exactly what we were looking for. We would stay here again."
