"Everything worked out great for us. Had a couple things maintenance had to come do, bathroom exhaust fan hanging down and not working (maintenance came next morning and installed new one in 5 min, master tub not draining while showering, and dryer vent needed cleaning. All were fixed within 24 hrs of notifying host. I would have expected the cleaning crews to have notified the host of these items, however, I’m sure they just get in and get out as a cleaning crew and do nothing more. Overall stay was great! Would stay again and recommend!"

"Great condo and location. - This condo has a lot of great things going for it. The location is superb. Walking distance to several souvenir shops and Pineapple Willy’s is a huge plus. The three level parking garage is so convenient for storing vehicle. It also provides ease of access to feeder roads to get around Panama City Beach. Walmart is a four minute drive. The condo itself is very roomy with the 2 beds and 2 baths. Huge balcony with plenty of sitting. Pools are great for a cool off at the end of the day. Kitchen has plenty of cookware for meals in the condo.
Now the negatives. Would like to see more than just a night’s supply of trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. Also no dish soap or hand soap. Would really like to know that we needed to bring these items before we got there. We had to go to Walmart anyway so it wasn’t much of a hassle. Would like to see more supplies.
Not really this condo’s fault but pool and beach access is confusing. Getting to gym and to the pools takes some searching. Would like to see some more signs and instructions for these. Luckily there are two public beach access on either side so we didn’t lose any beach or pool time.
The condo was clean when we arrived. There are cracked tiles in multiple rooms. These weren’t worrisome in any way and were from daily and extended use but still could be addressed.
Overall, this condo met our expectations and served us beautifully all week. Would come back and stay."

"A Little Slice of Heaven - Beach Front. Gorgeous Balcony! Host was very responsive. Our girls loved the twin beds. Unit is well stocked w new appliances. Elevators don't have the long wait like others we've stayed at. Easy parking. Great pool, hot tub and of course, SUNSETS !"

"Fall Break - Loved this property!! Perfect for "watching teenagers" without having to follow them around. You have a view of the beach and chairs along with a view of the pool and hot tub. I didn't feel like I had to babysit my daughter and her friend while they were out and about. Neighborhood felt safe, parking garage was monitored, lots of security cameras around even in the elevator. The beach in front of this condo was not nearly as busy as the beaches to the left and right of us. Much more relaxed feeling. Lots to see while laying on the chairs. Loved the 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Did not have to share my stuff with 2 teenage girls. HAHA! Bed was comfy! Loved having the patio door in my bedroom also! For the nearby....loved being able to walk to a couple of restaraunts. Walmart and Walgreen's just around the corner so could easily get the stuff we forgot. Pier Park wasn't too far away so that the girls could go to the Ron Jon shop. We were there during Fall Break so the traffic was sort of slow but hey....we were on vacation...what else did we have to do? All around a great place to stay and would stay again if I came back to PCB. Shaun was available if we needed him but we didn't need him so that worked out well!! Thanks for a great place for us to take our daughter to the beach! It was amazing!"

"Best Balcony - My boyfriend and I stayed for 1 week, and could not have been happier with our stay. If we weren't at the beach, then we were sitting on the balcony enjoying the incredible view. We chose to eat most of our meals in, as we knew we couldn't get a view like that at most restaurants.
Having beach chairs and an umbrella that was set up by someone else, daily, was a nice amenity. There were also chairs available in the condo to take down to the beach, if you had more people, or like to sit near the water. Looking forward to returning next year!"

"Absolutely Perfect! - Great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a great vacation. The fact that you get two chairs, with an umbrella, was a HUGE plus. The attendant, Tanner, was a blast. Shaun and his wife, were easy to deal with and everything they stated was there. Plenty of parking available, and if you timed it right, you are able to park by the elevators. Pools were very clean, and it was great having a couple of grills available. We would definitely recommend this property for a fun and relaxing vacation. The beach was always clean and not overly busy, compared to the condos close by, which were VERY busy. Banana boats and parasailing was available, although we didn't use them. Thank you Shaun, we will definitely recommend to our friends."

"August 11 - 18, 2018 - We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. The owner was very easy to work with. The only draw back is there is construction going on on the highway in front of the condo to widen the road. Not sure how long that will last. It did not affect things much. I would stay here again."

"A little piece of Heaven on earth - I searched and searched for just the right spot for our family of four--mom, dad, mid-twenties daughter and college senior son-- to vacation together again. We always went to the NC coast when the kids were little, then to Destin for years. I was having trouble finding something I liked, but when I saw Shaun's place, I knew it was the one! I can't imagine how anyone would ever be disappointed with it. It offers everything on our checklist. Above all, the view from the large balcony sold it. It was where we started every morning, had almost every meal (only dined off premises ONCE!), and ended every evening. It's furnished just like the photos. Inside, again, it's exactly as pictured. Tastefully and comfortably decorated and well-equipped, #606 had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The provision of the beach chairs was another plus. The weather was AWESOME, so we used them every day, usually spending mornings on the beach and afternoons at the pool. We were very fortunate to have such lovely weather the whole time we were visiting. Needless to say, it was very hard to say goodbye and return to Ohio. We appreciated Shaun's hospitality and the care she has taken in making her gulf-front condo a "little piece of Heaven on earth."

"Great Spring Break! - Last week (3/19/16), I took my two daughters (16 & 17 years old) to this condo for spring break. Of course I was concerned about the spring break reputation of the area but was quickly put at ease when we were greeted at the parking lot by a security guard. Security remained vigilant the entire week and I felt very safe and confident that my daughters were safe. This was the nicest condo we have ever rented. It looks exactly like the pictures, is very clean, and has everything you need for a week at the beach. My girls have already asked that we go back there next year!"

"Wonderful condo - My husband, daughter and her friend stayed at this property for 7 great nights! It was so nice that the girls had their own bedroom and bathroom.. we never heard them !!! Tv's in each bedroom and the living room was great. The balcony is FANTASTIC ! What a view and so nice to hear the gulf, especially at night. Ate breakfast and had our coffee out there every day, and our cocktail hour too ! Very convenient to everything. we only put about 150 miles on the car we rented all week ! there are alot of good restaurants, would highly recommend Dees Hangout about a block and a half walk in a mini mall area on the east side of the street
and the Longhorn Steakhouse near pier park. The beach chair rentals provided were a nice plus- thank you for that. All in all, I must say our stay was very "homey and cozy" and would highly recommend this unit. The soundproofing is pretty good, only drawback is whomever designed this building allowed the garbage chute noise to penetrate the bedrooms even tho it is outside across the walkway... pretty good trick! Oh and Walmart is within walking distance also if you dont have a car, to get your basic supplies and groceries! Thank you again for a wonderful stay."

"Excellent Experience! - I took a group of teens to PCB for high school spring break. This condo was perfect! Such an easy process to get everything set! The security was spot on to protect the property and the kids. The beach chairs were a nice touch to have a home base at the beach for the kids to come check in. Just an overall great experience! It was convenient to most everything we wanted or needed to do. The balcony was awesome! I sat there every morning and worked for a couple of hours until the kids woke up. It was a very well-stocked unit. Seems that they thought of everything! Very nicely furnished! Comfortable beds and furniture. The unit is tastefully furnished and is handy to all community services: church, post office, shopping, medical, tourist attractions, etc. Great views of sunsets and occasional dolphin sightings. "Two years running - My family have stayed in this same condo for the past two years. We love it. Nothing like sitting on the balcony watching the sun set over the pier. The sixth floor is perfect to get you above the beach noise but not so high to miss out on the sound of the waves. The condo is outfitted perfectly for a family and well equipped. Its great having a washer and dryer in the room, just drop your towels in the wash on the way out for dinner and then into the dryer when you get back, ready for the next day!. Convienent walk to most restarants and shopping, a short drive to Pier Park. Libby is a pleasure to work with and the process was flawless. Thank you, Libby, for this wonderful condo. "It felt like home! - What a wonderful condo. Accommodations were exactly as described. The view from balcony was just as pictured. The beds comfortable and soft! The location was easy to access and close to near by shopping for supplies. The beach was one of the nicest sections that we walked along, from the chairs to the gulf a close distance with no incline. We were able to park on the condo side in the garage all days while we were there. Our group consisted of two adults and one teen. We also highly recommend the Sea Screamer for both the sunset cruise and snorkeling trips. The prices were fair, the ship family owned and operated and very friendly and fun. If we visit the area again we will definitely check this unit for availability! "

"Wonderful Time - If you are looking for it all this is the place for you. Libby was a joy to work with. This home was everthing the owner said it was and more. The cleanest place we have ever rented and thats saying a lot because my family loves to stay on the go. We had a wonderful time, beach was great our chairs were waiting on us. The older kids were able to walk to everything they needed and loved Pineapple Willies. The sunsets on the balcony were the perfect way to end the day. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. "My husband and I had the ... - My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a month during Feb. and March of 2007 in this wonderful condo. I can't say enough. It is absolutely beautiful. The decorating is impecable and it is located on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, and as an added bonus the most beautiful sunsets you would ever want to see from the oversized patio.
