"Great beach and sunset views from the balcony. Three elevators made for excellent service. The parking was not reserved but we found a place in the building every time we returned to the condo. Plenty of luggage carts made arrival and departure less stressful. The beach service was very good."

"What a great company to work with Unfortunately, we had many issues with the unit we had rented. 906 Ocean Village was ours for the next month, this unit was in poor repair and dirty. the online pictures must be old as they did not show the desperate state of this unit. The furniture inside the unit was filthy looking, the wood furniture scratched and chipped. The outside furniture was spotted, ripped and the wood very weathered, the accent pillows were filthy. There were chipped and broken dishware, and the dishwasher did not work. Warren Beach Rentals immediately took action. Matt the project manager for Warren Beach immediately contacted the owners. Housekeeping came by within hours and this unit was deep cleaned the next day, our broken dishwasher replaced within 2 weeks. We bought sheets at Goodwill to cover the outside furniture and stashed the pillows in the closet. The furniture and bed were comfortable, loved the variety of furniture on the deck as this is where we spent most of our time."

"Huge condo for family, amazing views! - We went down to PCB for a family vacation on fall break with our sons, their wives, and our grandkids. This condo was perfect for the 3 couples and 3 grandchildren! It was clean & ready when we arrived. There was plenty of room for us all and privacy! Definitely had the biggest balcony I think I've ever seen on a condo in PCB. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony were amazing as well! Warren personnel were very easy to deal with and communicate with the entire process, even by text. They were very responsive to one issue we had and had someone out there that day. Beds were very comfortable, which was important to everyone! We cooked in pretty much every other night during our stay to save a little money and found the kitchen to be well equipped. It was the end of the busiest season (Mid October), so understandably there were a few things that needed to be "freshened" up, but overall this was a great condo for our family vacation!!!"

"Loved our stay!! - Had an amazing stay at ocean ritz! Condo was spacious and kitchen was very well equipped for the number of guests we had! Beach was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Panama City beach. Only suggestion would be to update city parking lot cost to $12 a day as it is currently stated as $5 a day in information provided by condo. Otherwise, no complaints and really enjoyed our time!"

"Relaxing 40th birthday. - Had a wonderful time celebrating my 40th birthday with close family everything on the property was as stated my only complaint is there was only one elevator working but they were redoing the other elevator but we were 18 Floors up so the steps on an option but as far as the unit itself it was exactly as it says it was love the balcony love the swimming pool of the beach had a great time"

"Worst experience ever! - 2 hour delay on our check in time. 1 elevator for over 20 floors with at least a 30 minute wait for each trip up to the unit, and that elevator wasn’t working for hours one day. I just had knee surgery and can not walk 18 flights of stairs at 60 years old! Will never use this location or deal with these owners again!!! Was charge $100 for dirty towels! On the checkout list we were told to place dirty towels in the tub!!!"

We furnish all of our 162 properties with a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and advise travelers to purchase the additional paper products and soaps they need.
