"I had such a wonderful stay at this home in Santa Rosa! The house was incredibly clean and absolutely beautiful. The location truly couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated right between Seaside and Alys Beach, making it easy to explore both areas. We loved how close it was to the beach, as well as to so many great shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was just a short walk or quick drive away. The gated community also added an extra sense of safety and peace of mind, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, this was the perfect place for a getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful place to stay!"

"Great trip to 30a - Property was close to beach and close to many local favorites. The house was great and clean. We did have one issue and the property manager took care of it in a few hours. Highly recommend this house for a family of 10 or more"

"We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful new home. We had 3 teenage girls and 3 moms and 1 grandmother. Very comfortable for us and the bunk room could have easily fit more girls. As pictured online. It is 150 yards from the beach, but finding the beach access was a bit tricky. Great location as it is right across the street from the beach and there is a great walking/biking path along the main road. House was stocked with kitchenware (pots, pans, plates, glasses, bakeware, etc.). Great seating for dining and hanging out in the den. Parking is tight for 3 SUV's, but it does work. Would definitely rent this place again - thank you!!"

"Amazing Stay in Paradise - From the moment we walked into the house we were in awe! The house is immaculate and has so much space for multiple people. Ice maker makes craft ice balls. There were eight of us total and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Literally a mansion in paradise. Walking distance to the beach and updated amenities in the house. The pictures do not do it any justice. I an a stickler for cleanliness and the place was spotlless"

Nestled along the scenic 30A, this home perfectly combined luxury, comfort, and convenience. "Amazing vacation - We just spent an amazing week at the perfect beach home. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of room. We were about the pool being small but it was perfect for the kids to play in. We did have one mishap while we’re staying here with the key pad dying one night when we had gotten back from dinner. We called the maintenance number and they had someone was out quickly to get it fixed and get us into the house. The proximity to the beach was great and also close to several good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. I also like that it was in a gated community so that felt safer."

"Oranges by the Sea - 5 stars. The only negative was the beach access was shared with a very large set of condos. The beach was EXTREMELY crowded for 30A. Other than that the house was superb and exactly as described."

"Palmeira vacation - We enjoyed our stay at oranges by the Sea. We arrived on Saturday and stayed through Friday. There evidently were some storms prior to our arrival and the pool was a little murky and filled with leaves but the pool maintenance staff serviced it on Wednesday got the filter working so our grandson was able to enjoy it for a day or two. The bedrooms were extremely roomy and very comfortable. The downstairs living area and kitchen provided ample room for the entire family. It would be nice to enter the home from the front door rather than having to go around through the back gate each time but we would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future. It was a very positive experience."

"Best home I've booked on 30A! - Look no more! This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed at! Extremely clean, steps from the beach, and a heated pool! It's gorgeous inside, and so large that we never felt on top of each other. We went with two other couples and all 7 kids stayed in the bunk room. We had a balcony off our bedroom and could see the ocean from our balcony! There is a lot of space on the main floor and it walks right out to the pool and backyard with grill. There is definitely a “you have arrived feel” when you walk in, and there were even some treats and a note awaiting us. Thank you, “Oranges by the Sea” for the best vacation! We will be back!"
