"We enjoyed our family trip at this property. With 6 guests, the area was compact but still spacious and comfortable for us all. Mitch’s communication was excellent, he was able to help us whenever we had any question. The area of this condo was just a 2 minute walk to the beach."

"Beautiful stay for my husband & I for our first trip to 30A. Nearby bike rentals, close to the beach, great area. The pool was free of leaves/bugs. The room has lots of storage and natural light. Everything works. 100% recommend!"

"Great place to stay! This studio apartment was very clean, centrally located, walking distance to the beach, cute, had a nice balcony, and had lots of bright natural light. It was fairly priced and perfect for two people. There are bunk beds as well, which would be great for kids but maybe not additional adults as there wouldn't be much privacy in the studio space. We also always appreciate a pet friendly stay! The only con was that the bed was advertised to be a king but it was actually a full or queen. I could have slept apart from my husband on the bunk bed, but it was a bummer as I am in late pregnancy so having less space than anticipated was very uncomfortable. I would still book this stay again regardless though! These hosts also communicate via text instead of through airbnb, which I have never experienced before. So it was tough to get the info I needed at first as my phone had unknown numbers blocked. Once I figured it out they were very fast to respond! Great hosts!"
