"Place was really nice! At first, it seemed a bit pricey for a renovated older condo, but once there the condo felt plenty up to date and we thoroughly enjoyed it - except for the beds. The king bed was not comfy - I didn't sleep well at all; queen beds were fair. But being right on the beach was phenomenal; loved the balcony, loved having chairs/umbrella service each day. Not a fan of the "bring extra toilet paper and paper towels", however not too big a deal. Overall quite pleased with the place...except for the king bed discomfort."

"Beautiful - The place is gorgeous and well furnished. Easy one level upstairs entrance. Large balcony with beautiful views! The balcony has two entrances, one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. My only suggestion would to be to change out the drapery in the master bedroom. The sheer fabric makes the bedroom not private if visiting with another couple or children. Also, sleeping in is a bit difficult. But otherwise a fantastic place within a great location."

"Emerald Coast - This condo is located between Destin 30A and PCB. The unit was just recently renovated so it feels new and was plenty of room for our family of six. It’s directly on the beach so easy for kids to bounce between beach and unit. It’s not crazy busy area as the density is mostly houses and not condo towers. We loved staying here and plan to go back!!"
