"This stay was amazing, peaceful, and felt right at home. We had a really nice balcony which had an amazing view and access to the private beach. The rooms were comfy and cozy and we definitely utilized the pull out couch for the kiddos. The 30a location was perfect for families who prefer a quiet and tranquil stay rather than the business of PCB. We were also provided access to some beach chairs, tables and umbrella which really added to the luxury feel. Would definitely recommend for a families who want to relaxing stay with an amazing g view of the ocean"

No traffic, No crowds, walk to restaurants and grocery.
2 miles from Rosemary Beach and all of 30A, but having that huge private beach was just what the Dr ordered.

"Absolute Dollhouse. Ramsgate 31 is fantastic - We cannot say enough about this condo.
Warren Beach Rentals recommended Ramsgate and they were spot on.
This condo just underwent a massive renovation, and it looks brand new.
Right on the beach, not crowded, park right under the unit and walk in and start vacationing.
The unit itself is just a dollhouse. Nicely decorated, with Great views and a large balcony spanning the length of the condo.
All on one level, which was ideal, the unit was super clean, comfortable and modern.
The beach was wide and never crowded.
This is now our GO TO for beach trips."

"My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ramsgate 31. They raved about the location, the beautiful uncrowded beach, and about how easy it was to access their pool and room. They couldn’t believe how easy parking was! The first floor one level layout was perfect for the older members of our family. The patio attached to this unit was enormous and perfect for family breakfasts and lunches. Without a doubt, we will book this unit again when visiting the area."

"Condo was very clean when we arrived and check in was a breeze. Although we did not have the weather we had hoped for it was still a great vacay at #31. When we couldn't go down to beach we enjoyed sitting on the deck and seeing the amazing view. We stayed up longer than we had planned the last night taking in the crashing waves and starring at the painted sky of black, grey and white with the moon shining so bright. What a wonderful ending to our great week. Looking forward for our next stay at 31 Ramsgate Harbour!!❤️"

"Beach Vacation 2024 - We so enjoyed our stay at Ramsgate Harbour this year. The beach was beautiful each day and we had yellow flags all week. The condo was just what we needed! I so enjoyed the shower in the master bedroom. It was also very easy access to the beach. We will definitely be staying again."

"Fantastic Condo Ramsgate 31 was a terrific condo for our family vacation. I have stayed in several units over the years at Ramsgate. This is one of the nicer units we have rented. The balcony is the best part of this unit style. It's an easy walk to beach and pool area. We had nice tv's in every room, full laundry, custom closet shelving, comfortable beds, and great upgraded bathrooms. Ramsgate is on the quiet end of PCB which is always appealed to me and my family. My kids are 6 and 8 so we could work with queen bed in guest room. It may not work for older kids. Great for couples for sure. My only critiques of the unit would be that the living room furniture needs upgraded, pull out sofa was sort of gross, and needs another table outside on patio. One community critique I have is that they are starting to put chairs and umbrellas on beach for an apparent extra charge of $30 per day. They crammed them in so they left less room to put our own tents and/or canopies out. I don't think I should be paying to sit at the beach when we are paying what we do for the condo. It sort of feels like they are slowly trying to charge guest for the beach as well. I was told that my condo only included the lounge area chairs that are way back on the beach, and not the beach chairs."

"RamsGate Harbor 31 RamsGate Harbor 31 was absolutely incredible. Upon arrival everything was so clean and nicely decorated with its own unique design that we loved. The parking area was great for staying out of the weather as well as easy access to your vehicles. This unit felt like it was literally on the beach and we loved it. Finally and probably our favorite part was the private beach area. The beach area was perfect and not overpopulated and came along with 2 beach chairs, cushions, & umbrella which made it even better. The area felt very family oriented which is why we were there. It sits a little away from all the craziness but is close enough that you can be anywhere you want to be in minutes. Thank you so much for a great experience."
