"Mitch’s condo was absolutely perfect. Location was incredible, right on the beach, close to the airport, gas stations and grocery stores. The condo was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The king size bed and balconies were amazing. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. He was a great host, always responded, and even had early check in available which was huge for us since our flight was so early. We never like to go to the same place twice but this might be the exception, I would happily stay here again."

Please be advised that it is 3 stories of stirs to get to if traveling with older guests. Grocery store and restaurants right across the street. Rental group was SUPER to work with."

"Our stay at Bird Rock was Perfection. The location can’t be beat. We wanted PCB, but without the hustle and bustle. This unit is nestled on arguably one of the best uncrowded beaches in the area. The beach, pool and all other amenities were easily accessible making our trip more enjoyable. The unit itself has wow factor. It was large, clean, and comfortable with amazing decor, patios, and views. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Our preschool aged kids loved the built in bunk beds! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area."

We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean as we had lunch each day. So peaceful! This area of Panama City beach is amazing! "Hidden gem! Everything about our stay in Ramsgate 32 was perfect! The location is ideal, far enough away from the crowded PCB beaches, but still so convenient to dining and other activities.
The beach itself was never crowded. We were there for a full week and never saw more than a handful of families in proximity to us.
The unit has been perfectly remodeled and was absolutely dreamy! We were a family of 7 and had plenty of space to spread out. We would 100% stay at this unit again."

Pool was also lovely! The condo itself was perfect. This is our second time using Warren Beach Rentals and they are fantastic. Our condo was ready earlier than the normal check in. Our hot water went out on day 2 but they send the repair out to fix it within 30 minutes of texting them about the issue. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect stay for two families - Absolutely fabulous stay at this beach condo! My family and another couple, each with two kids, found this place to be an absolute gem. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids, and the pull-out couch provided ample space for everyone to rest comfortably. The proximity to both the beach and the pool made it easy to enjoy the water whenever we pleased. And don't even get me started on the views – breathtaking! The furnishings surpassed our expectations, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Plus, being so close to Rosemary Beach at a fraction of the price was the cherry on top. "Great Stay! - There isn’t a better view on the panhandle! Plus the location and access were so easy compared to other places our family has stayed. The condo was nice and neat and exactly what our family needed. The beach is so spacious and plenty of space to have fun. The quick drive to rosemary is also a plus, because you don’t have to deal with the traffic if you just want to go to Publix and other places. Highly recommended!!"
