"We spent a week here for a softball tournament at Frank Brown and Publix Sports park. There were 3 families at the house-6 adults and 5 teens. This house was perfect. We loved the location at the quiet end of PCB. It was close enough to Pier Park for the teenage boys to bike while the girls were at games. The adults loved the proximity of Carousel grocery store-so convenient. The house was spacious, and the pool was refreshing! We would definitely stay here again with a large group as we never felt cramped. Slight improvements that I would suggest to make the house perfect would be to make the room on the main level the bunk room as the bathroom is in the hallway and not private. Black out shades on all windows and doors in bedrooms would improve quality of sleep. Again these are minor fixes and would not prevent us from visiting again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions! Loved our stay!!!"

Just know there are about 36 stairs from the first floor to the top floor. Close to the beach, and shopping, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace! We took our team to this home and we had a great time by the pool, grilling out in the evenings and just a short walk to the beach and the local super market which was huge for us to go grab stuff from the store without having to drive to the big stores."

"We stayed here for my 30th birthday celebration with friends and family, and it could not have been more perfect! The house accommodated us all comfortably and was in a prime location, walking distance to the beach, a convenient store, and an amazing donut shop. The home came fully stocked with pool floats, plenty of beach chairs, and a beach wagon, which made our beach days super easy. Everything was spotless and looked exactly like the photos.
The downstairs outdoor space by the pool was a highlight, it was perfect for our hibachi catering night. Mitch was an incredible host, quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate both an early check-in and a late check-out.
Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-equipped beach getaway!"

Ridiculously close to the beach. Definitely walking distance.
The only bad part about this home is the construction around it which makes looking out the windows painful.
The views were horrible.
