Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants - everything. 3 bedroom balconies offered wonderful views and the circular terrace balcony was a great hang out spot. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Three couples used this for a friends get together and it was perfect. The management was quick to help me with my questions too, and they were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!"

It is in a perfect location if you are looking to be in the heart of Rosemary Beach. There are beautiful views to enjoy from all the balconies. The rental agency was easy to work with, and aspects of our stay went smoothly. One downside of this unit is that it does not come with bikes. Overall, a great stay on 30A!"

"Our stay at Rosemary Beach and our stay at our Vrbo was simply amazing. The Vrbo was perfect for our needs and accommodated six adults remarkably well. It was situated so close to the beach and yet there were plenty of restaurants and shopping right in the same vicinity. The beach was magazine perfect. We could not have expected better if I had any suggestions for the owner of the VRBO? It would be to offer more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and two stock up the utensils a little bit better as we did not have enough teaspoons. I know those are minor things, but we had to make a trip to the grocery store just to buy an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality."

"A great vacation stay - This penthouse was stunning and in a perfect location. We stayed here on vacation with two young kids and grandparents, so having the whole floor was perfect. The multiple balconies were great spaces for us to hangout, catch up and watch the storms. Having shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee right below and access passes to nearby pools and beaches was very nice and made the first trip with kids way less stressful."

"Perfect Location! - Walked in, and it was immaculate. Cleaning crew was spotless and everything was in perfect order. Saw the amazing views from the balcony's and outdoor patio was a huge hit with dinner with the kids, and drinks in the evening. Rooms slept our family of 7 comfortably, with plenty of space to relax while the kids played in the other rooms. When we had questions they were answered within minutes! "Almost perfect... - Three adult couples shared this space for 5 nights and we all had plenty of room. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor patio is a cool hangout space. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom. We used the outside parking space for our rental and stored our 6 bikes in the garage. The absolute BEST thing about this condo is the location. It couldn't be any more perfect for walking to the beach, pools, restaurants, etc. We all agreed that we would absolutely stay here again in the future. The one con: the Primary bedroom was dirty on our arrival. There were long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow, and large clumps of hair on the rug. There was also some trash under the bed. There were more black hairs inside and outside the primary shower. We didn't notify management, we just took care of it. But the cleaning crew definitely could have done more."

"The best spot! - My family and I stayed at Juliet’s Balcony for a girls’ trip and it could not have been more perfect! We had so much room to spread out and it was very well equipped. The very best part was the location. It is literally right in the middle of everything. We didn’t move our cars once we parked (in the included designates spaces). One tip is that the garage is very narrow, so don’t bring your big suv or truck…it won’t fit in the garage, but the also have another spot behind it you can park in instead. Such a treat to have a small balcony on all 4 sides of the condo. You have a different view with each one. We caught sunrises and sunsets! The living room is a comfy gathering place for that end of evening chat before bed! I can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back!"

"Better than Expected for a Place with High Expectations - We were concerned that Juliets Balcony would not offer the "house on the beach" feel, but the proximity to everything and the views were better than we thought. The property offers a ground-level garage that kept the beach gear and sand out of sight and also was a great place to keep a large cooler for convenience. "The Best Vacation EVER!! You have to experience this place. - WOW.. what a great stay at Rosemary Beach.
The Juliets Balcony condo was spectacular in every way.
We had 4 balconys to choose from and enjoyed them all, the views of the ocean and the town are simply stunning.
The ambience of Rosemary just cannot be overstated. The architecture, the shops, the entire design is just pleasing to the senses.

"The best of the best in Rosemary. You cant beat the location. Perfect Vacation condo. Best location in all of Rosemary. Commanding views of the ocean, and incredible people watching from the huge Juliet balcony out front.
Plenty of room for our entire group, everyone had their own space and Warren Beach Rentals team was quick to respond to each and every question and request. They were awesome and I highly recommend them.
Comfortable beds, great spacious layout and just steps from the beach.
We have already booked again for next year.. We especially appreciated the garage, plenty of parking, just a special, special place at the beach. Thank you for making our vacation so special, and so memorable. We loved this place."

"Just a special place. Loved every second of it. Great condo with all the amenities & amazing view of the beach!!! I stayed here with another family and we just had the best time EVER!! The condo and the views exceeded every expectation. Loved the spacious layout, having the entire 4th floor to yourselves was pretty spectacular. We cooked dinner several nights and the condo had all the pots and pans and utensils to make it happen. In fact it felt like I was cooking dinner at home that's how relaxing and comfortable it was. The condo was close to everything and it was so much fun!! We had such a memorable time and loved sitting out on the balconys overlooking Rosemary and the beach every morning! All the rooms had their own private bathroom and the rooms had their own tvs and everything was so lovely and comfortable. This unit is phenominal in every way. LOVED IT."

"Family fun vacation in Rosemary - This is our second time renting this property- love the layout and the location can’t be beat. Short walk to the beach and steps from anything we want in town. Loved sitting on the patio listening to live music from the Pearl and had dinner outside and heard the Monday night jazz band. Will definitely go back and would rent again."

"Great Location - The property was very clean and had plenty of space. The location was amazing. But with the location comes some noise. Be ready for a couple of early garbage pickups. Other than that the property has everything you need to have a great Rosemary Beach vacation."

"Gorgeous Penthouse - Absolutely gorgeous penthouse that was recently remodeled. Location is great- right in the heart of Rosemary Beach and 1 block from the water.... you can hear the ocean from the balconies. Penthouse is located across from restaurants and shops. The property managers were very quick and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!"
