"5/5 stay! The location is perfect. Our room was above the main area where the bike rentals were, a ton of restaurants and a couple gift shops.
Mind you, this place is not within Rosemary Beach directly - meaning you will not have beach access to R.B. The walk to Rosemary Beach area is about 5 minutes though so straight and simple.
The beach access for this property is at Seacrest Beach (about 5-7 minute walk in the other direction from R.B.), which is still beautiful and peaceful.
The property was very clean, everything down to baseboards and corners. We are very particular about cleanliness. Couch, chair, sheets were all white and pristine. The bed was very comfortable and helped us feel recharged daily.
We appreciated the 10pm mandated "quiet hours" which increased comfort of our stay.
Mitch and his team were very on top of communication. The Seacrest Beach walkway had closed the day before we landed and we were communicated that. They respond within an hour of any questions."

"Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, close to everything. We were a bit confused about the beach access. It says Rosemary Beach, but you cannot access that beach. You have to walk or take the shuttle to the next beach area (also nice, just not what we were expecting)."

"10 outta 10 stay! The condo was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice. The location was one of our favorite parts.. it’s easy to walk to both Rosemary & Alys Beach, plus so many restaurants & shops.
The pool was great, and we appreciated the family friendly shallow pool for younger kids.
We did have one minor issue with the shower during our stay, but the response was impressive! The host let us know on the front end to reach out anytime if needed.. we did, and it was addressed immediately.
We’ve visited 30A at least a dozen times & the Alys/Rosemary Beach area remains our favorite. It’s peaceful, beautiful & unlike anywhere else on the Gulf Coast. And just a 20 min drive to Seaside/Grayton. If you’ve never visited, you’re missing out.

"Like most reviews mention, the location is absolutely perfect, sits just above restaurants, cafes and shops. walkable to main street, beach and tons of eating and shopping options. The apartment is adorable, super clean and had many convenient amenities, perfect for a couple or small family. we also appreciated the pool access. Be aware that you have a specific beach entrance you must use. Host was very responsive and accommodating, we will absolutely be back and would love to stay here again."

"This place was absolutely beautiful—exactly what we were hoping for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless, and the space felt very well taken care of.
The location couldn’t have been better. We walked to downtown Rosemary every morning for coffee and then headed to the beach right after—it made the whole trip so easy and relaxing.
Overall, a fantastic stay and well worth the money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"Our stay here was great! The unit is gorgeous, well decorated and very clean. The bed is very comfortable as well! We did have a hiccup initially where the specific building and unit number wasn't shown in the booking information, but Mitch was very fast to reply with that information. If I could give half stars, I would have done a 4.5 stars, only because this is a condo and people above you or in the hallway are loud and it did impede on our sleep at times, but overall I'd stay here again! It is in the perfect location."
