"The location was great. Only a couple of blocks from the beach but felt very removed from the hustle and bustle. Mitch‘s place was less than a five minute golf cart ride to the public access. Parking was a pain, but it was a holiday weekend so that is to be expected. We actually came to celebrate my daughter‘s 15th birthday. She and her friends really enjoyed the pool and there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. I think it is also important to mention that the downstairs room with the two beds, bathroom with kitchenette is only accessible by exterior door. It does not connect to the rest of the house. I guess it’s what many consider a mother in law apartment. The included golf cart and game room were nice perks!"

"Great family After-Christmas and New Year’s Vacation! - Our family of 9 had a terrific vacation in Seacrets near Seagrove Beach. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the grandchildren. The large televisions made keeping up with the football bowl games easy for all the adults. One of our favorite experiences was watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the beach at the San Juan beach access near the home. Thank you for providing a large, well equipped vacation rental."

If you’re looking for the perfect house for a girls’ trip or bachelorette party ,this is IT. We had the best time at this 30A gem!
Mitch (the owner) was amazing from the jump,super helpful with booking and quick to respond to all our questions (even the extra ones, lol). Nicole made sure the pool and hot tub stayed clean and heated the whole time, which was a total game changer!!! We even had Mr. Hibachi come cook for us one night and there was plenty of space for him to do his thing,shrimp flying, hat tricks, the whole show.The house had all the space, vibes, and comfort we needed. 10/10 recommend for a group of girls who want to relax, celebrate, and maybe be a little extra! We’ll definitely be back!"

"The house was easy to find and very spacious. We had a party of 16 going and we all felt at home. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. The pool did need minor cleaning but nothing too bad. The cart was a great plus."
