"An amazing place for a large family or (in our case) group of married friends to stay. 2 separate houses, each with 2 King bed en-suite BR/BA, as well as another room in each with a Queen + two twin beds. Driveways on each side of the house(s) could fit 6 cars (if needed). Less than a 20 foot walk out the back door and your feet are in the sand! Kept my BR sliding door open each night to fall asleep listening to the ocean. Ocean was fairly calm (most days had red flags, but laughably so with waves <3 feet) and warm despite an early November stay. Spent 2-3 hours just floating in it daily. Got approached by more than one manatee! Sooo friendly and peaceful. Hot tub was great! Mitch (host) was extremely communicative and responded to all texts within a few minutes. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends."

"More than we imagined! - Beautiful weather. A minute from the water. It was nice to watch our grandchildren at the beach from the house. Perfect for our 15 family members. Loved the new bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and big enough for the 6 adults. We were allowed to bring our small dog. Walking her was easy with a private road in front. The gated parking was great for our motorcycles. Warren Beach Rentals brought us extra towels even some beach towels. We will miss coffee early on the balcony and wine at sunset. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We love this house! This house was perfect for our family vacation, plenty of gathering space for cousins and adults. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, very clean and updated, everything we needed was supplied. The location was fantastic, close to shopping and restaurants, but we hardly left the house it was so great being right on the beach. We could walk right off the private back porch (we could sit back there with a perfect view of the ocean but not see anyone on the beach) and play all day. We were there during a busy Spring Break but were never crowded. Communication with Warren Rentals was great, very simple and clear. We will be back!"

"Such a great home!! - This was the perfect home for our large family vacation, plenty of space for cousins and adults to gather. Everyone had their own rooms (comfortable beds) and bathrooms (which were updated and very clean, nice water pressure). The back porch, sunroom & balcony, were awesome gathering spaces to visit and play games, but the best part was being able to just walk right onto the beach. The beach never got crowded or busy, during spring break, which was great. And if we felt like we wanted privacy we could just sit on the back porch and still see the ocean but not see the people on the beach. We loved it! So close to all the shopping (Target & Walmart for groceries) and restaurants. good wifi, netflix for movies, stocked kitchen, nice beach chairs, everything we needed. Great communication from management. We had no complaints, we'll be back."

"Fantastic Family Fun! - The Seahorse was a fantastic destination for our recent beach vacation. We loved the beautiful decor and spacious accommodations that easily fit our large party. We were right on the water and loved watching the sunset each night from the comfortable patio. The Seahorse is just steps from the beach and we loved that we were able to watch the kids enjoy the sand and sun from the patio. They also loved the huge hot tub and playing in the spacious outdoor areas. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and we were able to cook for the family when we felt like a night in. We loved our cozy movie nights, games around the big table, and watching the world pass by from the top deck. This stretch of PCB feels private and we felt like we were in our own little oasis. We will definitely be returning!"

"Perfect for large/multiple families! - We went Thanksgiving and there were 16 of us! It was the perfect house for multiple families. It is so nice having two living spaces and kitchens. There were a lot of great sitting areas but the upper balcony has the best view any time of day! It was a perfect spot to relax and watch sunsets! You literally step off the patio to the beautiful sandy beach! The kids loved the bunk bed rooms! We walked to several stores and restaurants or a couple of miles down is a great outdoor mall, dog beach, and a ton of restaurants. The houses were clean and had everything we needed. We just had the best time and plan to go back next Thanksgiving!"

"You’ll never want to leave… - We were on family vacation - 5 groups, 15 total. I’ll start by saying the property is even more beautiful in person. I had looked at the pictures quite a bit and still had my breath taken when we arrived. The front patio looks straight on to the beach and the balcony is a must in the morning to catch a glimpse of dolphins! There was plenty of space for everyone. You could easily be together in one area and just as easily find somewhere to get a little time for yourself. Bathrooms clean and showers have great pressure. Beds are large and comfortable. Closets and dressers offer plenty of room for unpacking. Kitchens are stocked extremely well. Very nice additional beach chairs and toys. Lastly I want to make sure I mention the outstanding communication from Warren Beach Rentals. They were so friendly and quick to reply every single time. They worked with us to help pull off a special event for Father’s Day and we could not be more thankful. We will be renting with them again when in town!"

"Seahorse-PERFECT Setup, Amazing Location - Our families enjoyed an amazing week at this property. The house setup was perfect for multiple families allowing privacy in both the cottage and house. The cottage served as our main “meeting” point with the large kitchen table, open area from the kitchen to the living room. The decor was beautiful throughout, up to date decorations and even a brand new sofa (comfortable). Bedrooms and baths first class! The house was also amazing with having privacy downstairs for 2 bedrooms and then the enormous master bedroom and bath upstairs. The bonus outdoor patio and seating area on the roof with sunset views one could only dream of! There were towel/drying racks inside the closets which was a great place so our towels weren’t laying all over railing and “junking up” the view. Washer and dryer in great condition and they even supplied a “starter” pack of detergent.
The kitchens were fully stocked with everything needed to cook or grill out. Outdoor house furniture, sitting area furniture, large dinner table with cushions and umbrella make eating breakfast, lunch and dinner even better. The hot tub was very clean and temperature just right.
The view off the patio and having the water within seconds of a walk made this the most perfect location. It was easy to get around PCB with minimal traffic being apart from the high tower condos. The house has beach chairs, sand buckets and even a boogie board we could use.
I would recommend this property and Warren Beach Rentals a 100 times over and over. I was also very lucky to meet the actual owner of the house as she was leaving and I immediately knew it would be an amazing vacation home. She reassured me everything was in perfect shape and cleaned. She wasn’t lying…it was PERFECT.
If you are like me and visiting PCB for the 1st time, I highly recommend renting through Warren Beach Rentals. It was the easiest, secure, and stress-free process and vacation."

"The greatest get away place ever. My husband and I love staying at the Seahorse. We love the cottage and the view from the house. It is decorated so beautifully and has everything that you would want to make you feel at home. The beds are extremely comfortable. We also love that we are right on the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was very clean, and we can't wait to go back to the Seahorse."

"Great Home for a large group - The Seahorse is a great place to rent. 2 houses in one booking directly on thr Beach worked out great for all my kids and grand children to be together and still have a little room to separate so the way to bed family could do their thing while the night owls could do theirs. The two kitchens also worked well when cooking for the 16 of us. I wasn't expecting all of the beach toys that were available for the kids. The houses were very clean and well maintained. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommend this booking and Warren Beach Rentals."

"Best set up for families and friends - We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family, my teenagers and their friends, and my parents. This was perfect!! Everyone had room to spread out but also spaces big enough for us ALL to hang together too!! Right on the sand-can’t get any closer! And the hot tub was a hot too. Place was perfectly clean and ready for us! Had everything we needed. We cook a lot and the kitchens had what we needed including blenders and crockpot!! Totally recommend and will stay again!!"

"Can't beat that location - The location and proximity to the beach are the biggest selling points of this home! Our group took early morning walks on the beach, spent hours on the patio just listening to the waves while enjoying warmth from the firepit at nights. We practically had a private section of the beach during spring break time.
The home is very spacious and furnished with a beach vibe. The patio upstairs is perfect for watching sunsets. Maintenance company was timely in response to our urgent queries and requests. Kids spent all their free time in the spacious sunroom. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."
