"The views from this property were PHENOMENAL. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the sofa or wrap around deck daily. The books and vintage furnishings gave the unit a warm cozy feel. (The pictures don’t do the sofa justice.) The space was perfect for our family trip. The unit is on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Pots, cutlery, and dishes were provided… but consider bringing a few washcloths, beach towels, seasoning, laundry detergent, coffee and anything else you need to feel at home during your stay. We had a minor issue, but the host was ridiculously thorough and responsive. We would definitely book there again!"

"We stayed in unit 1401 the second week of August with our three kids (9, 11, 12) and it was incredible from start to finish. Mitch was a fantastic communicator and made everything seamless. The condo was beautiful, clean, well-furnished, and felt like home. The wraparound porch offered breathtaking Gulf views, and we loved watching dolphins and rays each morning. Location was perfect: close to great restaurants, St. Andrews State Park, and the marina for excursions. The beach and pool combo was ideal for our family. Truly the best vacation we’ve ever had. "PCB in June - The property was as described and perfectly located for our family vacation. We are big fans of Schooners so this location was perfect. First time staying in Seychelles, but won't be the last. Every other PCB condo we've stayed in has had problems with elevators and in crowded locations. The only problem we had was upon arrival our unit came with 2 parking spaces. One was to be in "overflow" next to the building but there was no parking lot near the building for Seychelles property. Once we got a hold of security they explained that all units only co.e with 1 due to December storm damage and construction taking place. So they allowed us to park both vehicles in garage just on different levels. The unit itself was great. To have the east end unit with the wrap around balcony was amazing for sunrise and sunset viewing. However just before arriving the owner did inform us that the master bedroom balcony door was damaged and when we arrived it was damaged so badly we couldn't open in fear of further damage. So we had to use the living room door which wasn't a big deal for us. The only disappointing thing to the unit I can truly think of is that the refrigerator did not come with a ice/water machine. Freezer was big enough that I went and bought 5 bags of ice to stock it for our trips to the beach with coolers."

"Beautiful Rental right on the beach We stayed in a 3-bedroom condo at the Seychelles. It was plenty big enough for our group of 8. We had family staying next door at Treasure Island and it was a comfortable distance between the two condos so that we meet at the beach for visits. The unit was clean, comfortable and pretty. The views out the floor to ceiling windows in the dining room and living room were spectacular. We could see the marina to the east and the unit overlooked the ocean and marina with the walk-around balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were signs of the tornado that hit the area in January, but every area felt well secured. Both pools were clean, one pool was heated and the other was not. Schooners Restaurant Beach cafe was right next door and an easy walk to get there, the food was excellent. There was always a welcome distraction watching the jets do fly-bys from Andrews Air Force Base that was right down the road from the Condo. We would stay here again!"

Plenty of room to spread out with the 3 bedrooms, plenty of seating for all of us in the living room and the dining room! The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work but they had a counter top ice maker which worked much better than we expected. We love Seychelles and this area of the beach and would definitely stay in this condo unit again!"

"Good time at the Beech - We had a great time in the condo, the ocean was closed the whole time we were there (double red flags), which was a bummer but certainly not related to the condo we stayed in. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. Only thing noticeably missing was a food pantry to put food items during our stay. Not a big deal, but noticeable. Oveall a great spot, location, view, we would stay here again."

"Great location, Beautiful views - We've been coming to PCB since the 1990s and have stayed in this building a few times, but this was our first time to rent this condo. We absolutely hope to stay again! The views of the gulf and the bay can't be beat. We spent as much time outside on the wraparound balcony as we did inside. There was always plenty of room on the beach for us to set up our shade umbrella. (This part of the beach is usually much less crowded than other areas.) The condo came with a box of beach toys, floats, chair, etc. The living room furniture was very comfortable and perfect for a relaxing, family movie night after a long day in the sun. Plenty of seating at the large dining table for our 5 adults and 1 teenager, even when we had 3 local family members over for dinner. Overall, we had lots of space to spread out and enjoy our week. We never had any issues with noise or other tenants. The property was clean and well-maintained. Ample covered parking."

The ice maker wasn't working but we didn't really need it because we put drinks in the fridge on day 1 to cool off. The views were incredible and it was so convenient to get to the beach quickly. It was quiet at this end of PCB, unlike the more northern end where it's loud, congested and overcrowded. We would absolutely stay again and are even considering booking now for next year! Very close to the marina where the kids parasailed, we rented a boat and the guys went deep sea fishing....all the way around perfectly located!!!!"

The view is beautiful from the wrap around balcony and you are right on the beach. They have two pools but they are both pretty small. One was extremely warm and the other was freezing cold , think the temperature needs better monitoring. "Beautiful view at our fav condos in PCB - We have stayed at Seychelles four times and love it there. Close enough to anything without the large crowds. Resort is always clean and well maintained. This was our first time in this unit and the view was spectacular. The wrap around balcony is great. Unit was clean and one of the few times I could say floors didn’t feel Florida beach sticky— huge plus! Beds were comfortable and decor nice and in good condition. Dishes and bath towels were a little sparse but workable.
We had great email communication (timed from them based on our stay) with Warren Beach Rental which covered all details and left no unanswered questions or needs. That’s always a plus also!!

"Awesome stay - Everything was great except we found gummy bears, pacifier & trying to get the televisions to work was difficult. A chair was broke, outside receptacle was inop, ice maker didn't work. But would stay there again!!!"

"This place was exactly as depicted. Beautiful views, clean space, modern, luxurious feel in the room. What was better than expected was access to one set of beach loungers on the beach in front of the condos that are normally $40 a day if it wasn’t included with the room. Great stuff, check in was easy."

"Wonderful Beach View - My family and I had such an amazing stay! Check in was effortless, an email was sent with all the instructions needed. The condo has a wrap around balcony where you could see the city on one end and ocean front on the other end. Soo beautiful when the sun rises and sets. I would Recommend this condo to everyone. The only downfalls were that the TV wouldn’t connect to WiFi and the parking garage gave us an orange warning tag for a parking citation even when we had the car tag hanging. Would book again!"

"Beautiful Condo! - We will definitely be staying at this property every time we visit PCB! The condo was beautifully decorated and had plenty of furniture for all 8 of us to sit and relax. "The condo view was spectacular with best views of the gulf with awesome sunrises and sunsets. - The condo had the best location of the entire Seychelles with panoramic views of the gulf, St. Andrews Bay and the Lower Lagoon. And next to Schooners for 50% specials for the month of February. Only a 5 minute walk to the best sports bar on the beach; PATCHES!!!!! And of course the Schooner's cannon every night at sunset. The master bedroom had great views at night with ships anchored with their lights on. It was similar to being on a cruise ship. The heated pool and hot tub was the perfect answer to some cold days.
The location was ideal to many local restaurants, super markets and even a Urgent Care for minor mishaps. And lets not forget St. Andrews state park for biking and walking with abundant wildlife."

"This unit offered stunning views of the ocean, especially at sunset. The furnishings were very comfortable and well suited to our family of 6. The third bedroom is quite small with just enough room to get to the beds and closet. The sizes of the other two bedrooms were much larger. This was just fine for us though as we had two younger children in the smaller room. The older two were fine in the second bedroom and we thoroughly enjoyed waking up each morning to the view of the ocean from the master bedroom. There were many DVDs and books in the unit to choose from for inside entertainment. The common spaces and outside deck were perfect for our family to have space to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. During our stay, there was a large bin on the deck that had numerous beach toys and a few beach chairs. This was helpful as the beach chair service was not operating during our stay as we stayed out of season. The unit was clean and updated, offering a kitchen with all the tools you need to create waterfront meals for your group. The location of the condo was wonderful as it is located on the quieter end of PCB, close to St. Andrews. The location next door to Schooners was also fabulous for a date night or family meal. We enjoyed the delicious Shore Shack pizza, as well as the Thomas Drive Waffle/Omelet restaurant, both of which are within a short walking distance. Definitely a place we would recommend to others and love to come back to!"

"A Great Break - All the information to check-in was sent via e-mail making the process super easy. Parking was easy to access, and we had our codes for all the doors.
The unit is as described. I have found over the years reviews of cleanliness vary based on the cleaning crew before you arrive. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen and main living areas had not been swept prior to our arrival- lots of sand, empty water bottle next to a table, some left behind children's toys. But, there was a broom snd I swept. The “starter” supplies almost carried us through the week. Way more than expected.
The view from 1401 is amazing. The beds were comfortable. The ceiling fans were an unexpected bonus! As fan ppl, we were glad to see them. Towels were plentiful. Loved all the hooks in the unit hang stuff to dry.
The washer and dryer are full size which made laundry go faster. The washer being a front loader unfortunately has a mold smell. I ran a “cleaning” cycle but it did not help. Maybe instructions to leave door open between cycles would help. The start button on the dryer seems to have a bad connection- you have to sort of toggle around to find that connection.
The beach chairs and toys were great for our 5 year old.
We liked that the unit is located away from the elevators but just steps to the trash chute.
We walked to Schooners (next door), and Shore Shack pizza (so good!), and different shopes.
It was a great beach week for us and the kids! Thank you!"

Hey Kimiko, thanks for staying and for the nice review. I did want to take one issue. We clean and clean and clean these floors prior to arrival.
That said, there will be small amounts of sand on tile floors even if you sweep 100 times.
We have a team of 3 that clean these units, then an inspection team after. They usually get swept 3 times and mopped prior to your arrival.

"BEST SEYCHELLES CONDO!!! - This is the 5th year that my family and I have stayed at Seychelles Resort and we have never been more pleased. I think that this specific condo was actually made for us from the beautiful decor all the way down to the movie selection. Unfortunately, we were there during Hurricane Sally, so that literally put a damper on things when a small leak in the ceiling began, but that was of no fault to the unit itself. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the unit was kept impeccably clean, so BIG “thank you” for that. The only issue, we had a hard time getting the washer and dryer to start on occasion and the washing machine always seemed to smell terribly. I ran several loads of hot water and bleach through the system, but it never seemed to work for longer than the following load. All in all, we can’t wait to come back!!! I want to tell everyone about 1401, but I also want to keep it a family secret. :)"

"Great Condo - Beautifully decorated condo. The mattresses are so comfortable which is very unusual at rentals. Not only do you get two rental chairs w/umbrella, the condo had several beach chairs to use if needed. Also lots of beach toys for the children.

"Check-in and out was as simple as you entering the key codes. The space was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The balcony wrapped around the entire unit which afforded spectacular views of the Gulf for miles. The beach was a few steps from the elevator. The book collection was impressive. The unit is on the quiet end of the beach which is perfect if you don't want to be in the middle of everything and want a more relaxed, less crowded experience. Pier Park is about a 10 min drive along with a Wal-mart. Elevators were fast. The fitness center wasn't up to date but good enough to get in a good workout. Overall, I was happy with the unit and will definitely stay there again."
