"Amazing location. You walk right out onto the most perfect, mostly empty beach. The place is really nice, and feels like a three bedroom, because there’s a divider that separates the bunk bed room. Our only complaint was that the grill was dirty and the starter was broken. We used a lighter to turn it on and just cleaned it off before we cooked. We will definitely be back next year!"

"Fantastic Stay Unit #1 was exactly as described, great location and plenty of room for our family. The teens especially enjoyed the carport sitting area. My only suggestions would be to have beach chairs provided onsite, and a few more pots and pans. But the place was clean and lovely, communication was excellent, and I would definitely rent again! "We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, modern, and exactly like the photos—if not better. It’s right on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach with soft white sand and so many seashells, which our family loved. If you’re looking for more of a social beach scene, just a short walk and you’ll find more people around. The location was perfect—really close to 30A, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach, so there was plenty to explore nearby. Publix is practically across the street, which made grocery runs super easy. The kitchen was great for cooking, and the place had plenty of parking, which is always a plus. We were a family of six and felt very comfortable here. The host was responsive and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!"

"Wonderful experience. We will be staying again!!! - I do not think my family has loved a condo this much. It was beautiful. Perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. We are already planning a return trip next year and will stay longer. The beach was beautiful and it was not crowded at all. "Great time with Family - We love staying at Shoreline Villas. They are directly on the beach and away from large crowds. The townhouse is super nice and we were very comfortable. (Thank you for the large sectional sofa!) Beds were clean and slept great. Kitchen was well appointed. Being directly on the beach is a game changer for us with a baby... no going up and down a public elevator... just walk right out to the beach. We loved our stay."

"Great Family Vacation!! We stayed in Unit 1 and the location could not have been better. The unit was very clean and the decor was very beach. Our kids said it was the best location we stayed at. The unit was fully furnished with everything you would need. Spent time shopping at Pier Park. Close to Rosemary Beach which is a must see. Had an amazing dinner at Old Florida Fish House and enjoyed a fun night of family bowling and arcades at Rock It Lanes the one day we had rain. Also a bonus was having some extra chairs and umbrella in the downstairs storage area."
