"Our family of 5 adults and three kids ages 9-12-13 enjoyed the beautiful spacious home with plenty of room for everyone! Very clean and comfortable. Minutes away from the powdery white sandy beach. There are many beach toys and a beach wagon in the garage. There are two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach reserved for you. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented right in the beach if needed. The Gulf waters were quite chilly in early April and the heated splash pool provided many hours of fun and relaxation! Well worth the extra charge! Note that the golf cart cannot be taken off the property so it cannot be used to drive the short distance to the Winn Dixie or Beach shops in the vicinity. Ample towels and washcloths available. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Clothes dryer broke and management responded immediately and quickly resolved. Highly recommend this lovely house centrally located within a safe, quiet, gated community. "

"The house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and tidy! The beach access is what really makes it. Literally steps to the beach. Having it be on a private beach was also really nice because it was never overly crowded. Having a grocery store super close by was a plus as well. My only recommendation would be to stock the house with a few pool towels, but that’s no big deal. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our stay at Song by the Sea! The home was spotless and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for our family of 8, including three young kids. Everyone had space to relax, and the open kitchen was both spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms were also very clean and well stocked with towels. The walk to the beach was truly quick and easy! I had been hesitant about booking since it’s not directly beachfront, but the short walk was no issue at all. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pool—though it looks small in photos, it didn’t feel that way when we used it. Just note that it doesn’t get a ton of direct sunlight, so the water can feel a bit cool if the weather isn’t especially warm. Mitch was great to communicate with—quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in link with all the details was a nice touch and made arrival smooth and easy."

"Everything was wonderful with this beautiful rental home! From check in to check out. The house has really nice appliances, soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels , just lots of little things that was so nice to have there at the house. The pool was such an added plus. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach and back at anytime! Took a wagon, but we were so close, we didn’t use it! Having the golf cart made it extra fun and easy to drive across the street to grab some groceries or out to eat (We love shopping at Alvin’s)"

"5 stars in EVERYTHING This house was the best. Literally only steps from the clean beach - much closer than the high rise condos we usually reserved, grocery store across the street and restaurants within 5 mins. Plenty of towels, TVs and a private pool/hot tub was great for the kiddos. No traffic, but first week of October probably helps with that. Unit was clean, roomy, private and as clean as if we were first renters ever. Five bedrooms and fours baths accommodated us well. As for the weather, well we can't control that, but it was 5 star as well, not a cloud in the sky and in the 80's EVERYDAY. This WILL be our 1st call next trip."

"Very well-kept, perfect location and perfect size pool - This is the 3rd house we have stayed at in this neighborhood and one of our favorites. We come with all adults and the house is very comfortable. Some beds were more comfortable than others and there was an issue with the internet service, but other than that-- our stay was perfect. The pool is a good size (especially for the neighborhood) and also has spa jets, if we stay again--might opt to upgrade to heat the pool. Shipwatch is a GREAT place to stay and this house checks all the boxes."

"Perfect Beach Access - The property was amazing! Let me start off with saying the access to the beach was so convenient. We were easily able to carry our chairs, umbrellas, and ice chest. Bonus, it’s a private beach too! The house was laid out perfect. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The bedroom with the double bunk beds was nice and accommodated the kids with no problem. Christy with Warren Beach Rental was nice and professional and answered all our questions quickly. "Impressed. Hard to beat this home. - Absolute stunner of a home, step right outside and hit the private dune walkover to the beach.
We certainly enjoyed the privacy overlooking the lake from the pool, so not matter if we were at the beach, or grilling out poolside, we always had a great view of the sunsets.
Great layout, everyone had ample space to enjoy their private time, and plenty of room to gather and never feel cramped. The house was exceptionally well furnished, and the golf cart was a great add on.
Groceries, shopping, restaurants, golf, even church was less than a mile away. You could not ask for a better, more convenient location, yet, private and never crowded. Great Home, and the Warren Beach Rentals staff, especially Christy, was just awesome to work with, we give them the highest marks and will make this our Destin "home" for our next stay."

Most definitely would go back and visit and rent from other properties that he owns. It would have been nice to have some bikes to ride around the area. Everything was great! "Song by the sea was a great stay The beautiful home, Song by the Sea, was a great place for the 12 of us to stay and celebrate birthdays and anniversaries of family members.
The location was perfect for a 2 minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants were 5-10 minute walks and utilizing the golf cart made it that much more accessible.
The house was clean and small private pool was just right for us.
