"This unit was beautiful. Great end unit with extended balcony. We had many lunch and dinners on the balcony, thanks to the large patio set. The unit was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was equipped with everything you may need. Closet had a beach chair, toys and umbrella. Mitch was an excellent host. Responsive and very kind. Definitely recommend this unit and looking forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Spring break - We loved this resort. We stayed and had another family staying with us. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, plenty of beds, and our favorite place was the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset. The location is great, the water park was a major hit for my 5 yr old, and everything else was a short distance away. You can drive most places in a couple mins or choose to walk. We had a blast and loved our condo. We definitely will be back!"

"Beachside 8 rental - Great house and location. The “second” master bedroom could use an updated bathroom (shower) that includes at least hooks for your towels. Also, there isn’t a bedroom door. To call it a master suite might be a stretch without a bedroom door. Even an accordion door or a curtain would work. It is adequately stocked. No oven mitts . and only two dish towels, however. Easy check in and check out. And friendly neighbors. We had a fun time!"

"Wonderful condo - The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious and clean. The building itself is great for kids, with multiple pools and a snack shop. Cons: when we got there we had to hunt down luggage carts because it’s a long haul from the garage to the elevators. There seemed to only be a few carts for the hundreds of guests. Also we witnessed a little old lady in pain having to walk the long walkway to the elevators, so having a few wheelchairs would be great for the elderly. Our stay in the condo was excellent, but the building inconveniences would probably make us choose a different place on our next visit, however; our inconveniences may not matter to others."

"INCREDIBLE.. Absolutely perfect. We loved this place - What a great condo. Very nice and clean, the beds are comfortable and that balcony.. its.. HUGE... Could not have asked for a better stay or a nicer condo. We were down with 4 other families and our unit was far nicer than any of the others. If you go to Splash.. try and get 707 East. The Warren Beach team was so helpful. Dinah gave us some great options for eating that were off the beaten path.. Just cant say enough about what a great stay we had. Thank you for sharing your condo with my family."

"Grat place for family with kids - Property was clean and spacious. We didn't have starter paper products such as toilet tissue, paper towels or garbage bags as stated. The only thing wrong with the unit was low water pressure in the showers. Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay."

"Great property - Very much enjoyed our stay!! Only thing I would recommend is putting in the book that the room does come with 2 beach rentals but more can be added to the 2 free so that they are all together. The 7th floor was perfect, not too far up and not too far down, definitely good for the 2 elevators that take a while! Only issue I had was getting into the room, after a 12 hour trip, I didn't realize I had to put a # before the number and called them. Figured it out real quick haha. Great place, will be back!"

"Perfect for kids, beautiful view - Amazing unit with large balcony and access from every room. Beautiful ocean view as far as the eye can see. Lovely decoration and furniture. Well stocked with everything you’d need to cook, for the beach (toys, chairs, etc), and even booster seats and pack and play. Wish we knew these things were available so I could have saved room on packing and not brought them ourselves. The floors were very dirty. We had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting black, and a few things were broken which was a little inconvenient but overall we loved our stay and would return again. The facilities amenities were nice with all the pool areas and beach access and the rental agency was very quick to respond to communication."

"Excellent place to stay - We arrived at Splash resort around 330pm. The check in at the gift shop for the parking pass and wristbands was quick and simple. We made our way to our room easily. The elevators didn’t take long at all, we stayed in Sept. The front door is a little tricky and you really have to push to get it open, due to the humidity. The condo was exactly like the pictures and clean. There was a little bit of sand on the floor, but I imagine it is hard to get it out of the grout. A few things that need to be updated are.. the kitchen needs more wash clothes, hand towels, scissors, and some tongs. It had a very spacious fridge and pantry to our all our stuff. The dining room and living room are perfect to lounge around in. The master bedroom was beautiful with a great view of the ocean! The master bath does need another shower head perhaps. The water pressure is not that great in this bath. And both bathrooms need more places to put towels. Also some command hooks for sponges, shelves to put shampoo and body wash. And also a little stool or bench so women can shave their legs easily. The other bedroom just needed a lock on the balcony door. We had a 3 year old. She couldn’t open it cause it’s heavy, but another child may be able to. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we even saw some dolphins. Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy. It does need a new outdoor rug. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!"

"Perfect getaway - Splash resort is amazing and this condo was perfect! Kids had such a good time. So many pools plus slides, splash pad, lazy river. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location close to Pier Park. Balcony was large and interior of condo was well equipped. Lots of extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, nets for crabbing, kiddie float, etc. Will 100% rent this unit again."

"Spacious, clean, and wonderful view! - The condo was so spacious and nice! We had two families of three (each with a baby under 2) and we had plenty of space to spread out. Each room was basically a master suite and had its own access to the balcony. Which the view from the balcony was directly of the ocean! So pretty! The condo was updated and fully furnished with everything you could need! Not to mention the whole closet full of beach toys and things! The location of the condo is just a short drive from many restaurants. The only issue we had was the shower doors for both bathrooms were extremely difficult to shut. But we didn’t mind. Would stay here again!"

"Loved our stay, beautiful - It was sure Everything I was looking for, for my family. The side of town was awesome. Not as much traffic. The only thing I didn't like was, maintenance came to my room. Unannounced and said he was checking light bulbs. I wasn't in my room at the time. But my father was, he was on the balcony so he didn't hear the door. But the guy just came right in. He was also looking for a room in the 300s not 700s. So he was completely in the wrong. I did contact the owner and we had it situated. But maintenance shouldn't be allowed in the room while occupied by guest unless called. They can do checks when people r checking out."

"Perfect location upscale furnishings - Located right on the beach. Privacy due to it being a corner unit. Furnishings and decor were well thought out, not the hodgepodge you get with some rentals. Furnishings were top notch, cookware was good quality. It seems the owners thought of everything including night lights. Perfect place for a family with children to stay. The only thing I could find missing was an air fryer. The beds were comfortable nothing plush but not hard either. Toys were in the closet as well as games. Great location reasonable pricing. We all agreed we would stay again! Very relaxing being so close to the ocean."

"Fantastic Condo, Facility, View & Beach Access! - This was very easy to rent on VRBO, access by email which was convenient! We were completely happy with the condo, location, facility, views and beach access. We did have a few (minor) issues. The sheets were worn with lint balls and the hide-a-bed had none. We bought sheets at Walmart. The Teflon skillets were pretty scratched, we brought some from home. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent. There is enough to get started but you may have it at home if you don’t want to buy full packages. Our condo was not as clean as it should have been but with the vacuum in the closet we took care of it in short order. It’s a busy place! "

"Perfect in every way - Our check in was very easy. The Condo was very clean and had all the essentials and even extras. It had a regular coffee maker and a keurig because we all know coffee is a necessity. It was necessary to take the elevators but all elevators had hand sanitizers in them which was comforting with the corona virus active. It was also nice having the two beach chairs. We will want to book this condo every chance we get."

Hated the tiki bar wasn’t open yet. Pools perfect for kids. View incredible and Brandi checked on us several times during our stay. I don’t have enough accolades for this condo. Perfect stay. Accommodated 6 comfortably. I’ll be back for sure thank you."

"A week in paradise - The condo was great! The owners were very easy to work with and even texted the day of arrival to make sure everything was ok. The place was clean, beds were comfy, the balcony was huge with an amazing view and the kids loved the splash pools! We really enjoyed the pre paid beach chairs and umbrella! The description and pictures of the condo were very accurate. We have been going to PCB for years and this condo by far is our favorite! Definitely recommend and definitely will return!"

"Great Condo for adults and kids! - We just got back from 5 days at Windsong 707 E Condo! I picked this condo for the outdoor space, especially the dining area on the deck. For the lunches and nights we stayed in and ate, we had a lovely gulf view! My one year old and almost 3 year old were with us and loved it! We brought booster seats for the kids, but I saw in their "Closet full of Stuff" that there is a booster seat already there as well as a pack and play (we had brought our own). The condo had everything we needed to cook and open wine bottles 😉 This condo is located on a quite part of Panama City on Laguna Beach. And is only a mile or so from Pier Park. The Slash Resort was so great, the water for the splash pad was a little cold for my kids, but a lot of the older kids loved it. We either stayed on the beach (and used the beach service that was provided by the condo) or in the heated outdoor pool. This was a memorable vacation for us as we came with my mother and stepdad. My mom is already talking about coming again and staying a whole week next year in this same unit! We will without a doubt be back to this condo."

"Absolutely in love!! - I don't think there is enough words I could say to describe our stay in condo 707E! There were 7 of us 3 adults and 4 kids and so much room! We never felt cramp and everyone had their own space! The kitchen had every single thing we could possible use (although I would've loved to have had a 1 cup measuring cup! lol) But we did not have to buy one utensil, cooking tool, plates, cups or bowls! They have everything!! The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. There is not enough I could say about the view either, it is SPECTACULAR! Within just a few minutes of sitting out of the balcony our first day in, we knew we'd never vacation anywhere else if we can help it. Every single night we fell asleep with the doors opened and the waves crashing. Waking up to the waves made life amazing! Heath and Jennifer have one amazing condo and it is also beautifully decorated! There were also TONS and I mean TONS of beach toys DO NOT BUY YOUR OWN 🙂 The 3 year old we had with us had TONS of fun on the beach with ALL the beach toys! He was SO excited to have so much to choose from! I would recommend bringing your own laundry soap. There was only one tide pod which was okay because we only did one load of laundry for our 3 days stay. But if there were a longer stay we would've definitely needed more! Which was perfectly fine! Overall this Condo was amazing and we are already planning to come back and stay in this same condo in OCT!! Thank you Heath and Jennifer for having such an amazing family condo for my family to have one awesome vacation. We were all seriously sad to see it end!"

The condo is well appointed with comfortable beds and loads of extras to be found in the hall closet. "Everything you could want! - The condo was so clean, well stocked, & wonderfully decorated that it felt like you were house sitting for a friend rather than renting a condo! The beds & furniture are comfortable & like new. The decor is beachy & fun. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, fans, towels, toys, games, books, & even a partially stocked pantry! They even had detergents, soaps, & toilet paper stocked. I was so pleased not to have to make emergency store runs. The location is perfect. High enough to be away from a lot of the foot traffic, but not so high that the elevator wait was horrible or leaving the balcony doors open meant hearing the families at the pool. It was only the sound of waves all day. The condo is on the end, so we had views from 3 sides & every room opens to the balcony. Splash, in itself, is great if you have kids because there is plenty to do, even if it rains. Windsong made us love it. It was just nice. Heath & Jennifer checked in on us to be sure we didn't need anything. They must be the best owners there. We plan on making Windsong our annual spring break condo."

"Best Condo ever. Wonderful! - We just loved the condo. Perfect for 2 couples or families with children. The 2 king masters and baths were great. Plenty of room and privacy. Couldn't ask for a better night's sleep, the beds were so comfortable. The balcony was awesome and so was the view. Condo was decorated so beautiful. Just steps to the beach. It was hot while we were there and the use of the beach chairs in the closet were perfect to put at the waters edge. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. "

"Awesome!! - Our trip was the week of July 22-29 2017. My family of 7 including 2 and 4 year old grand children took our 1st family vacation together. The grand kids loved the bunk beds, my son and daughter in law stayed in 1 master bedroom, my wife and I in the other master bedroom, and my other son slept on the fold out couch, we never were on top of each other, it was really spacious, each of the master bedrooms even had separate thermostats. The 2 bathrooms were huge, with 2 vanity sinks and large showers in each and a tub was also in 1 of the bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, so we cooked every meal except 2 dinners in the condo. We played games every night in the living room and had plenty of room to sit. My favorite place in the condo was the balcony, IT WAS HUGE, there are 3 glass doors to the balcony. The balcony has 2 love seats, 2 end tables, a ottoman, a chair, and a table with 6 chairs that we ate several meals at. The furniture on the deck was not cheap, it was heavy and very comfortable. The outdoor carpet under the table made for a very nice touch. The breeze coming off the gulf made it way too easy to take a nap on the balcony. Everybody loved the 2 pools, the lazy river, and my grand daughters loved the mini splash pad for toddlers and the water playground for kids up to 14. We even used the grills on the pool deck to cook chicken and hamburgers. The beach service that was included made going to the beach easy, we were able to reserve the same chairs for the entire week. Heath and Jennifer checked on us to make sure we got checked in ok, and also to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I'm loyal when i find the best, so there is no reason to look anywhere else when staying in Panama City Beach, as Arnold said, "I'll be back"."

"Perfect fit with great attention to detail - Stayed here Spring Break 2016 with my small family of four including two kids ages 4 and 7 and my in-laws. We had a great time. The condo is spacious and the huge outdoor balcony was such a luxury! Every morning our little one would sneak out on the balcony with her grandparents to have breakfast overlooking the ocean before heading to the beach or one of the amazing pools for the afternoon. We really appreciated the kids toys and extra beach chairs we were able to use - there was so many things to choose from! The owners were great from the time we booked to the time we checked out - very responsive and available. We can't wait to book for next year!"

"Breathtaking views of pristine beaches, with all the amenities and comforts of home! We ❤ Windsong! - We have been visiting PCB for over 15 years, and couldn't wait to try a week at Splash! From the moment we walked into 707E, we were impressed by the spaciousness of the condo and amazing views from each of the 3 door walls overlooking the Ocean. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything that a family could possibly need. Our 9 year old loved the bunk beds, and when she came across the closet loaded with beach toys she was in heaven! The heated pools & sandy beach were spectacular- she swam for 7 hours straight! The pre-booked beach lounges were a great addition for mom & dad... to the already amazing condo! Grandma was even able to come down to the beach as it was easily accessible from the condo. Heath & Jennifer were fabulous to work with, answering all of our questions and checking in with us to be sure that our check-in/arrival was smooth. We can't say enough about our stay! We'll be back!"

Huge south-facing balcony with quality furniture. Quiet. Great place for kids! We plan to return to this condo in the future. "Perfect for 2 couples vacationing together. - The two masters with both sides having doors opening to the balcony was perfect. We were able to have our separate masters, plenty of space, but equally nice. The only thing I would change is to have some sort of door to close for the bunk beds area. Everything else was absolutely perfect. This is one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a long time. We will be back!"

"Perfect! - Look no further, this is truly the best condo! First time to stay here...and now this is our favorite unit in PC! We've been vacationing in PC for over 25 years and this is the very best! Lovely décor and furnishings (just like the pictures if not better). Beds were so comfortable, I slept later than I wanted to each morning and the showers are huge! I personally think the 7th floor corner unit (awesome views) is the best location (convenient and quiet). Splash is an awesome resort with so many pool and splash area options...not to mention the little lazy river and then easy access to the beach...just steps away! Took the grandkids and they had a blast! The adults enjoyed it too! Can't say enough about the owner, management, cleaning crew and resort. "Amazing - Awesome place to stay, - If you have your children then stop looking, book 707E. Very clean, no issues. Air Conditioning Is excellent. Plenty of towels and everything worked as it should. Great view and it is much closer to the ocean than many other places we have stayed in the past. Ownership and management are the best. This is a corner unit and it was very quiet for us like we were the only one there but weren't. The elevators are the fastest in PC. The Splash is convenient to shopping and dinning. Stay here! You will be glad that you did. AAAAAA++++++ . I cannot think of anything negative so this is a first for me/us. Did I say AAAAAA++++++.We will be back"

"Great place for children - We have stayed in this unit for several years now on an annual trip to the beach for our small grandchildren who range in age from 5-11 yrs.. The experience is enjoyed by all and is a perfect place for children and those watching them. Plenty of activity out of the sun during the heat of the day, access to the beach, ghost crab hunting at night, arcade, pools, and balcony with great view when it is time to rest for us older folks. Throw in easy access to unlimited restraurants and other activities in Panama City Beach and excellent accommodations in this unit and you have everything you need for a "let's do this again!" vacation."

"Relaxing and Fun Week Before the Arrival of Our 3rd - Our family of four had a super relaxing and fun "Family Moon" at Splash! This was our 3rd stay at Splash and 2nd in this unit. I was a bit hesitant with the transfer of the new owners but they did a great job! 33 weeks pregnant and I have to say I was super comfortable in the unit! Felt right at home! It's very clean well decorated and stocked with necessities! Plenty of beach gear/toys, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, beach towels, bath towels, laundry/ kitchen soap and cookware/ utensils etc. We have stayed at several VRBO homes and the majority of the time we have to pack a lot more and buy all the necessities upon arrival. Not here! All you need to do is buy groceries and you can start enjoying the beach! Having the reserved beach loungers is a big bonus, especially being pregnant. We never felt like we had to rush to get a spot. Our family really enjoyed having meals and relaxing on the balcony. Having a corner unit away from the elevator was a lot quieter. Plus being at the 7th floor was ideal for trying to get on the elevator. Guests staying at higher levels said they could be waiting 15 mins to get on. Not at this level! You can tell the owners really care therefore the common areas are very well kept. The complex is very clean and Updated. Being that this was our first spring break in PCB we didn't quite know what to expect with younger crowds. It wasn't that bad and the location of Splash at the end of town is a lot quieter. Ideal for families! Highy recommend a morning family walk on the beach to Thomas's for tasty breakfast biscuit sandwiches and yummy doughnuts. Buddy's Seafood for fresh steamed shrimp to go! "Great family get-away - I have been going to Panama City Beach, Florida with family and friends for several years now. We have stayed at several places, but I was in awe of how beautiful and clean this condo is. It was decorated so lovely - all in beach color themes ~ very bright, happy and inviting! This particular condo is located on the corner and the balcony is a wrap-around with the most spectacular views of the beach, and the sunsets/sunrise. Ample tables and chairs are also on the balcony. There are two large master bedrooms; each with its own bathroom, and each with its own patio door to have access to the balcony. There is also a room with bunk beds for extra guests and a fold-out sofa. The condo is very well equipped with everything that we needed during our stay ~ the kitchen was well stocked, washer/dryer, etc.. The owner, who is a very nice and polite person, called by to make sure that everything was in order for our week-long stay. It's a wonderful place to stay with children, as there are so many activities for kids to do. AND it also a fantastic place to stay for seniors as the condo facility has many activities for all ages. It is so nice to park in a parking deck (under cover from the hot sun); and it also has very easy access to the luggage carts. We absolutely loved this place and plan on going back in the Fall. I highly recommend this condo for a fantastic get-away for the entire family! "

"What a fantastic condo! - My sister & I have been going to the Gulf for many years now. When we rented the condo we found out it was under new ownership and we had no problems whatsoever during our stay. Once we arrived, the luggage carts were readily available at the parking deck for our convenience. When we checked in, the parking passes & codes were available with no trouble. Shortly after our arrival the owner called to see if everything was in order. When we entered the condo, the view was breathtaking from every room. The condo is a corner unit and has unobstructed views of the sunset and ocean. It is very open and spacious, rooms and bathrooms are large. There are two master suites, and bunks for young ones. Each bedroom suite has its own private bathroom, its own thermostat control and access to the large balcony. The kitchen was nice, clean and well equipped. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are a two dining areas, one inside or out on the balcony. The resort is very family oriented with many amenities, pools, fitness center, arcade, pool side bar & grill, and more. Nearby is Pier Park, which has an array of various shops, various restaurants nearby and many attractions available for family activities as well. Again, the owners checked in with us to see if we enjoyed our stay. The question is, would we stay here again? Yes and we have already booked another reservation! "

"Extra special condo! - This is the nicest beach condo my family and I have stayed in, no doubt. The owners are responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. They checked in a few times via email to ensure we had everything we needed, which was appreciated. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. When we first walked in we were all impressed and excited to call it home for the week. The condo has an amazing ocean view from almost every vantage point, especially from the bedrooms and the living room, with each leading to a well furnished wrap-around balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pleasantly stocked. Both bedrooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bunkbeds were perfect for our two boys and positioned far enough away from the common space so noise wasn’t an issue at bedtime. The resort is well kept; it’s clean, charming and the staff is friendly and approachable. We stayed during spring break, expecting some rowdy renters. Instead, most of the renters we encountered were families, so the vibe was happy and calm. The resort’s connected parking garage is convenient and the elevators are fast (we never waited more than a minute). There’s an arcade and a gym, but the highlight of the resort, of course, are the pools. Both pools and a lazy river are heated, which is amazing in March. There are two splash pads as well, both of which were a hit with our children. The beach access is well designed, very close and efficient and the included chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus. There are large community grills and plenty of lounge chairs and tables by the pools. Unfortunately, my mother left her purse in the parking garage during checkout and only realized she’d done so after we’d travelled a few hours down the road. I called the unit’s manager, Cherie, who answered immediately. She was very sweet and sympathetic and said, “don’t worry, I’ll look everywhere and call you back”. Cherie not only found my mother’s purse within the hour, but also found a blanket our youngest son had left. Cherie shipped the purse and blanket to us overnight and called a few times to set my mother at ease. We can’t stress enough how much we appreciate Cherie’s willingness to search for our lost items and then ship them back to us so quickly. We had such a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to stay at this extra special condo again."

"March 2016 Family Vacation - We just got back from spending a week in this fantastic condo. We could not have asked for a better place to stay or for a better group of people to rent from. Cherie, Heath and Jennifer went over and beyond any expectations we had. When we first arrived we called with a question. While I was on the phone with Jennifer, Heath was calling to make sure we had everything we needed. When you open the door and step into the unit the view is spectacular and you know you are in for a wonderful vacation. You can sit on the couch and all you see out the patio door is ocean. It is as if you are out in the ocean. This is a place you don't want to leave. This unit has all the comforts of home and more. We always bring a bin of kitchen supplies that we need when we rent a unit, but we didn't need any of them. We did not have a single complaint the entire week we were there and are in the process of booking our trip for next year. The entire family agreed this is where we want to spend our family vacations going forward. The day we checked out we received a phone call from Heath checking to see how our vacation was and if there was anything they could have done to make our vacation better. I have recommended this unit to several people since we have been back and will keep doing so. As far as the resort goes. We had read reviews complaining about the elevators being slow- we had no issues with that. The pools were great. This is a a place for that we would recommend for groups of all ages. "

"Great Place to Stay - My family & I recently stayed at this condo and could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. The view is spectacular from every room! The condo is located on the corner and you can see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony! The balcony is large with 2 dining tables, extra chairs & a lounge chair, with ample room for all to enjoy. The condo is large as well, very clean, bright, and professionally decorated. We found it to be in excellent condition, the bedroom carpets were professionally cleaned before our arrival and the owners checked in with us to make sure they were clean & dry and if everything else was OK. The kitchen is very well equipped, the two bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious & clean, with lots of towels & storage/closet space. The bunk area is great for teens & children. This unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience. There are 3 flat screen TV's for everyone to watch while not at the beach. We found the condo to be very quiet and soundproof. The resort is very family oriented with lots of amenities for everyone as well. The pools are in the shade and sun, game room, fitness center, 2 beach chair/loungers are set up and reserved every morning for you on the beach, parking deck, ample security and more. We will definitely be staying in this condo again and highly recommend it to others!"

"Great Winter Stay - Not the first winter spent at Splash, just the best one. We were staying here while the unit changed hands and got to meet the new owners in person.... really nice people to work with including their manager. Unfortunately, a new owner means all 38 VRBO good reviews are lost and they start at zero...so here's the first one by someone who is presently here !! Condo is just great and has everything..kitchen extremely well equipped (most rentals sadly lacking in this area), two bedrooms with those unbeatable gulf view patio doors out to the balcony. A closet FULL of water toys for the kiddies and lots of furniture on the balcony to enjoy eating outside. Super responsive to any questions or requests and the unit was clean as a whistle. Washer/dryer worked great and is SUCH a nice thing to have. Comfy beds, tons of towels (even beach towels), fast internet...what more could we ask for? We have already booked for next winter !!"
