"Great stay! The unit was as described and met our needs. The location of unit 202 is located close to parking and the elevator to be on the beach or at the pool in 2 minutes. We loved the location and the resort on the west end and the proximity to Pier Park. The beach and pool were not crowded like other parts of PCB, even though it was peak travel season. Friendly staff at the resort too!"

"This place was located perfectly!! It's right beside the elevator so it made it easy with having little kids. Within walking distance to pier park and all the restaurants. Very clean, roomy, and felt very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to visit back with Warren Beach Rentals!!"

"We had a wonderful stay and slept 4 children and 4 adults comfortably! The only downfall was there wasn’t a ramp at this condo, which is no fault of the host! Just so others know for wheelchair/wagon use. It didn’t interrupt our stay by any means."

"Great place! - Great property. Location is close to Pier Park. Plenty of games, beach toys. Very Clean! One improvement that could have benefited the stay is the TVs. The TV in the living room didn't have sound for some of the stations, and the tv in the master bedroom became distorted frequently."

"Convenient location right on the water - We had a great time staying at Sterling Beach Resort (unit 202). It was clean and we enjoyed being on the second floor. Made it very easy loading and unloading. I would suggest a sound machine or something for the rooms closest to the front door bc you can hear street traffic at times. It was not an issue for us at all though. We will definitely look into renting this unit again."

"Family trip PCB - condo was exactly what we wanted. We stayed on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. I suggest going a little higher as the noise from the pool area is very loud at the 2nd floor. Staff was great and very friendly, beach access was a breeze."

"Quick Getaway - We all loved the fact that this room is located on the 2nd floor. With only one elevator working at Sterling Breeze, we actually didnt have to use them once thanks to the location of this place. Our family enjoyed the balcony view, the family games that were provided and the wifi inside actually worked well. We have stayed in other units at Sterling Breeze where the wifi didnt work. Overall, we had a great experience and the owners/management are easy to do business with. Thanks!"

"The beds are so comfortable! And we never had to use the elevator! - The property was amazing but the grill was electric that was interesting, we had a beautiful time, everything was perfect. The oven should have come with directions, it was smarter than us lol! All appliances are Samsung and new! Just a wonderful family vacation spot would definitely recommend this place!"

"Great space for older kids. - We enjoyed our stay. The second floor was perfect, no need for elevator! The view was fabulous and the beach chair service was icing on the cake! Each child had their own tv and they enjoyed the netflix. We were a bit behind when working the fancy stove, but we figured it out. Overall A+!"

I loved that it was on the second floor which made it easy getting to the parking deck and first floor without having to wait in the long elevator lines. The kids were so excited to see all the beach toys and board games provided by the owner. Condo was decorated very nice, beds were very comfortable and had all the necessities we needed for the week.
