"We love the location of Sterling Breeze. The road out front is not congested and it was easy to get in and out of the parking garage. The staff at Sterling Breeze was super friendly and helpful. The location of unit 401 is perfect. It is an end unit, so the balcony had an open side without a high rise beside it. The entrance to the unit is right next to the elevator and stairs which was super convenient, but was not loud, we walked right out our door and were able to get right on the elevator. The space in this unit is a rare find. One bedroom (with 2 queens) was separate from the others, so if you have someone that needs a quiet place for napping or retreat, it's right here in 401. The other 2 bedrooms are large with their own large bathrooms. The hall bathroom was also large. The kitchen is well stocked and very functional. Everyone loved the big comfy couch! To be honest, this was the best place we have ever stayed. We hope we are able to come back to Sterling Breeze 401!"

"Great Condo - The condo was very nice and clean. The only negative feedback is the guy who put out the beach chairs. He was late putting them out, and took them in way too soon. One set of chairs and umbrella came with the rental. We also rented a set for our entire stay. The beach chairs were not put out until 9:30-9:45 each day. Then, he took them in before 3pm. When my husband mentioned it to him, he got smart about it. He stated that he had three other places to put chairs out besides ours. He should have rotated the places, and put ours out first some days. These chairs are not cheap, so we definitely didn’t get enough use out of them. The condo complex near ours, had their chairs out around 7 each day."

It appears the entire world is short staffed these days and they are doing their best to keep up, but, that is no reason to be rude to guests. We do not have any control over the beach staff that the condo hires, we will let the resort know you frustration with this.

"Perfect Getaway - We had a great time at Sterling Breeze 401! The location was wonderful, right on the beach and a short walk from all the attractions at Pier Park. The traffic was heavy at times so it was nice to be able to walk. The condo decor and furniture was fantastic and the beds were comfy. The balcony furniture was also a nice perk. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time. The communication from Mitch was great too. We knew the door code and arrival instructions a few days in advance, which was very helpful. There was a brief power outage one day due to road construction. We contacted the Warren Beach repairman and had our questions answered right away. Mitch also sent an email giving information. The staff at Sterling Breeze was also very helpful and friendly. If we decide to visit Panama City Beach again in the future, we will definitely check out Warren Beach Rentals."

"At the beach - This was our first visit to PCB. The proximity to Pier Park was great. The condo was as shown in the photos online.-no surprises there. Know that there is no door on the bunk room. We did send an email on a couple items when we arrived. Mgmt. response was quick to address. We’re thankful for the condo being on the 4th floor. It was easy to take the stairs rather than wait for the elevator during busier times. The pool bar made great drinks and was convenient while on the beach. The view from the condo was great. We loved sitting out on the patio when not on the beach."

The location was perfect as it is close to pier park and there was a large sand bar in the water making it perfect for the kids to play in the water. Later in the week a hurricane was blowing in further west bringing tall waves. The large balcony was great to just sit and relax watching the ocean."

"Had a blast! - My family had a wonderful time! The condo was so clean and beautiful. The employees were all so nice and helpful. This was our first beach vacation with our 55 yr old dad and he had an amazing time with his kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy some of our favorite meals away from home. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio & looking at the ocean. We had an amazing view from the 4th floor. I can’t stress enough how wonderful this condo is and how well equipped it is for a comfortable family vacation! The roku was a nice addition so we were able to watch movies and listen to music. The beach chairs were great that we’re included with condo so we didn’t have to bother with carrying down so many chairs to the beach and the guy working the beach chairs was very nice and helpful. Overall extremely satisfied with everything and can’t wait to come back next year! :)"

"Great Condo!! - This condo is superb! Clean, organized, the remotes and lights were all labeled. Very helpful!
Only downside is the 2 elevators, but these were only super busy on Sunday at checkin and Saturday at checkout. Warren rentals answered me immediately with any questions I had during the week. Definitely 5 stars!"

"Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! - You can stop searching for another condo because you just found the perfect one! Everything about our recent 7 night stay was perfect! The renovations and beachy decor are perfect and tastefully done. Everything is brand new! Honestly, the property owners and manager thought of everything! We were 2 families traveling together (2 couples + 4 kids) and we had plenty of room...LOVE how the kids' bunk room is down the hall! Beach & pool area were both beautiful and very clean. Parking garage walk-over was just 2 floors down - super convenient! The Warren family (property manager Warren Beach Rentals) were absolutely wonderful to work with - very easy to reach & always communicated promptly. We were honesty sad to leave - we made such amazing memories in this beautiful condo. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!"
