"Absolutely beautiful and clean condo in a convenient location. Walkable to eateries, shopping, and right on the beach. breathtaking views. Private patio and well cared for grounds. Staff available almost 24 hrs as well as security. Had a minor maintenance issue that the host addressed right away. There is a $50 parking pass which was a little surprising (that’s on me I should’ve checked as it did say “paid parking on site” in the listed amenities and most condos in the areas have that) but the views/customer service/safety/and Location were all worth the value! Highly recommend."

"Best floor in the condo. Go right across from Parking to the unit. Loved this place! - The unit was nice, modern, comfortable and convenient.
Hardly ever used the elevators.
Theres a reason I chose this condo, it had all 5 star reviews and it shows.

"Fall break with family - We have stayed at this Condo building before, but not thru Warren Beach Rentals. This was by far the nicest room! Every thing was clean! Communication with them was amazing! They have about 250 places you can stay if you go directly to their site. I will be using them from now on in the future!"

"The condo was so beautiful and clean. Our host, Mitch, was quick to respond, very accommodating and kind! He made sure the condo was in perfect order, and made everything hassle free for us! Our family was long overdue for a vacation and getting away to see the ocean and some sunshine for awhile was exactly what we needed and Mitch clearly had our needs in mind. Everything was amazing and we are so thankful to our host for giving us an incredible space and great customer service that made our week even better than what we could've imagined!"

"Mother/Daughter Celebration! My daughter is turning 16 and we had a special mother daughter trip to PC. This condo is without a doubt the most beautiful and clean I have seen in PC. "Overall great condo - Overall a great condo, plenty of space and well stocked. There was a musty smell that lingered.
Luckily this condo is on the 4th floor and most of the time could we utilized the stairs. One elevator was out most of the stay and that was a pain in the rear."

"Perfect Getaway - The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for our family of six. Everything was clean and in its place when we arrived. We loved the perk of the chairs and umbrella on the beach being included and additional chairs were available to take down to the beach as well. We had a great time easily accessing the beach, pool and hot tub, as the youngest wanted to move from activity to activity. Highly recommend! We will return for sure."

"We enjoy our stays at 406 because it is clean nicely furnished & close to shops & right on the gulf with beautiful views The property is very nice with a lot of room 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms which are very convenient when our family members drive us down from Illinois & pick us back up when we leave. It gives them a short time to enjoy the beach."

"We had a great time easy beach access and pool as well! Beautiful view of the ocean!! Would recommend!! The only bad thing was the elevators since it was in 4th floor it’s awesome when it’s only adults we can use the stairs but it’s hard with an infant stroller etc to be able to use the stairs!!! But other than that the condo it self was great!!! Thanks for an awesome stay!!"

"Great Vacation Stay! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the view was amazing! The only downside was having to pay $30 per vehicle to park and we thought it should be advertised as a 2 bedroom with bonus area with bunk beds simply because the washer/dryer is located in the same area or room as the bunks and the master bath was bigger than the room with bunk beds. The pictures made it seem a little larger but everything else was fantastic! So glad we were able to have a family vacation for my 40th birthday! Being a nurse in a pandemic doesn’t leave much vacation time so we were very grateful and enjoyed it thoroughly! Thanks!"
