"The view was fantastic. Plenty of space for our family. The master bathroom and bedroom was perfection! The mattresses were comfy and loved the tub. The place was very clean. The only issue was the ice maker did not work on the fridge, but easy fix with a bag of ice. I cannot say enough good things about this rental and will definitely book again in the future!"

"Amazing Condo! - We enjoyed our stay. Condo was right in the middle of plenty to do. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee watching for different kinds of fish, dolphins and sting rays. Evenings had some great views of the sunset from the balcony. Beds were super comfortable. This was our first trip with a corner balcony. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking."

"Family Spring Break - Our family enjoyed our spring break stay. The condo was as advertised, nice decoration and corner lot. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony. The roadway is very busy and has loud car noise. The drivers were very nice allowing you to cross the street or merge into traffic. The pool area was very nice, great alternative to the beach."

"The condo was very nice - The condo was very nice and comfortable, however, there was a clog in one of the showers and it filled up with water so we couldn’t use it. I informed maintenance at the building but no one ever came to fix it during my stay. The dryer did not work at all. I’m not sure about the washer because no one used it. Also there was a huge disconnect with the arrival code to the condo. The code I was given in the email didn’t work, so I first tried the ring doorbell but no one answered it. Then I called Warren Rentals during their hours posted and never had anyone pick up. I then contacted VRBO since I paid the extra protection and no responded from that email. Finally got a hold of someone after several attempts to give us another code that did work."

"Book this Condo Now! - This property is truly exceptional. The location is convenient to everything you need in PCB (especially pier park, Sharkey’s, and Senor Frogs). The parking deck is so incredibly convenient (no walkover bridge, it’s right underneath the building so you just take 1 elevator up). The unit decor is gorgeous and the beds and the couches are SO comfortable! The view from being in the corner unit can’t be beat. The unit has a fantastic kitchen that is well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. and there is a great closet in the entryway to help with keeping things organized during your stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was the perfect size. Note that in June the beach is really really crowded. The pool was great and they were repainting it when we were there. They improved the mushroom fountain as well during our stay. This is by far my favorite unit we have ever rented!"

"2023 Family Vacay - Condo was.as advertised great place to stay! Only problem we had was guy running beach chairs we reserved to someone else and said he thought we checked out! That was on Thursday and we actually checked out on Saturday! We don’t blame that on people involved in our booking it’s all on beach service taking care of there on interest ! "Perfect location - Perfect location with beautiful view of the ocean! The condo was lovely, it had everything you could need. Only complaint is the cleaning was not great, we had an infant and the floors were very dirty. I had to mop 4 times to take the layer of dirt that had built up off. The second master bed is very worn down in the middle and you sink in. Other than that the condo was very nice and you can tell it is well taken care of. We will definitely be back!"

Elevators were a bit slow during peak times but that is to be expected in a bigger resort in the summertime. "Great corner unit! - This was an amazing corner unit with great wraparound porch views and very easy beach access with chairs/umbrella. Also 2 nice grills with covered picnic tables en route to the beach for bbq etc.

"This was thee perfect place for our family of 5!! We had initially planned on staying at a hotel in Pensacola, but Sally had other plans for us. We spent less here and had a full kitchen too!! From the first steps in the door you could tell they took extra care to clean and decorate. For the almost week we were there it felt like home. The views from the extended balcony were absolutely incredible, from the wild life, beach, views of the strip and the sunsets! If we ever come back to PCB we will for sure stay here."
