We were given fresh sheets upon arrival but would’ve have enjoyed pillows and a comforter/blanket/duvet of some sort. "We had a beautiful family vacation at Mitch’s property! I do have 5 children so the numbers were great! The view was unparalleled! The balcony was a favorite hang out spot for all of us! The place was very spacious and there were plenty of wash clothes/towels to accommodate all eleven of us with extras to spare. The view from the 24th floor was breathtaking. "Anniversary trip. Fall Break - First and foremost communication with the condo owner was quick and respectful. The condo was as presented in the VRBO App. The beach and access was accommodating. The pool area was nice and for the most part other guests were accommodating. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating. There likely should be more towels, but we were able to wash laundry several times. Sitting on the balcony was amazing views and plenty of sunset watching and beverage drinking. This property seems to be corporate ran. There is no clear office to report issues directly to. We had issues with the security personnel removing items from a rented from beach powered mobility. We had to find the specific office to find the missing items for the beach wheelchair. Security at this property also tagged our car 6 days into our stay for not being registered. The rented vehicle was registered as soon as I had the needed information on the way from the airport. We again had to seek out the correct office to make sure all information was shared. (NONE of this relates to the condo owner). Only overzealous security personnel. We would recommend staying in this property again."

"Amazing Views! Outstanding Amenities! Perfect! - Sunrise, sunset and dolphins! It was the perfect stay! The condo itself is set up perfectly. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Don’t forget the outdoor living space. Huge wrap around porch. Every window in the condo provides outstanding views. Everything you need to cook, lots of room for our family ( 4 adults- 5 kids under 10 ) Beds are comfortable, but if you like pillows, bring a few extra. Also, the Walmart was very easy to get to for all the items we needed. Easy access to the beach and pool. We loved the restaurant that was close to the condo called Sharkys! They have a playground for the kids to play on the beach, lunch time was less busy. The ocean had some “pink meanies” jellyfish but even with them in the water, the kids were able to play safely. The ocean was warm and refreshing. Our family loved this property so much we decided to do this again next year!"

There was plenty of space and if any problems came up I had direct contact with Amanda who was on top of things and helped take care of any issues ASAP! Elevators were fairly quick, beach and parking easy to access and location was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Bed in master was very comfy but my adult kids slept in the other 2 bedrooms and the beds were uncomfortable. Bunks are probably ok for kids though. Second bedroom bed was ok but it squeaked every time you moved. Overall though, a great condo!"

"LOVE this place! - Our condo was great for our family! Right on the beach....easy access. Nice pool area. There were eleven of us in all that stayed the whole time (5 nights) and only three things that we wanted to mention...mostly for the owners sake. One was there wasn't enough towels and wouldn't have been much of an issue at all because we washed every day but, reason 2, it took 3-4 cycles for clothes to get dry. (possibly vent hose needed cleaning). Third was the extra sheets in the master bedroom closet in the clear bag did not fit the fold out couch so there were no sheets or blankets for it. But...we survived and would rebook this condo in a hear beat!!!"

"Beautiful ocean views - My husband an I plus 2 adult family members brought my son and four of his closest friends to celebrate his 13th birthday. We all had a wonderful time. There was more than enough space for everyone. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen.
If we had any issues we contacted Jennifer and she was very helpful.
Cons: The kids noticed their sheets and pillows had yellow stains. We discovered this late into the 2nd evening(they didn't pull the blanket back the first night) I'm sure if I reached out to Jennifer about this issue she would have had it handled. We worked around it.
All in all this condo was great for our needs. The views are wonderful (you can see front beach road, and the beach from different angles). We would most definitely booked again. Thanks again!"

"We were 6 adults and 2 young teens and this space was perfect for 8 people. The space is clean and the bunkbed room is larger than it appears in the photos. The beach view is gorgeous and we even spotted dolphins our last morning there. The building is easy to find; the condo is easy to find. Beach access is a breeze. The elevators can be slow sometimes due to so many people, but they are well sized for carrying all your beach gear. Although we didn't go to any restaurants due to covid, this location is walking distance to several restaurants and bars, as well as an ice cream shop, a starbucks, and a couple of gift shops. There is also a jet ski rental nearby, as well as the "banana bus" ride. Check in and check out was easy and the host is always quick to respond. We'll definitely look for this place if we're ever in PCB again."

"Awesome Stay - This was our first time at this property and I have to say we will be returning. We vacation to PCB every year, always finding the best place to stay but this year we definitely lucked out. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable. We had 5 adults and 3 children and were VERY comfortable in our 3 bed, 3bath condo (and could've slept even more) Beautiful penthouse view and at the best price, you can't ask for more! Only change I would make would be that there are extra blankets available and a Jacuzzi tub that actually works. Thank you for our wonderful stay!"

"This is a fabulous beachfront condo in an excellent location just a couple miles from Pier Park. You can't find a better Beach view, and the hosts are very responsive and attentive to guests' needs. The pools, hot tubs, fitness room, and Beach are all excellent! We were comfortable with 9 of us staying and preparing meals, and we walked to Pier Park! Highly recommend!"

"This is the absolute BEST place to stay on the beach! The condo is super clean with great furnishings, comfy beds, and AMAZING views! The beach is easy access and so is the parking. Pier Park is a quick three minute drive and everything is close. And management is absolutely fantastic. Nothing but 5 stars in this place!! We will be back!"
