"Property was very nice. It was very easy to communicate with host and we were easily able to check in early. Very family friendly space. Pool was nice and the pool company cleaned it twice during the week we were there. Neighborhood is quiet. We rented bikes and shopping, restaurants and bars were an easy ride. Beach is just about a block walk. Our family had an amazing time and I would highly recommend this property!"

"The pictures didn’t do this house justice. It felt comfortable and homey from the moment we arrived. We appreciated having pots, pans, and spices for cooking, and Publix was a short drive away. The property offered great privacy from surrounding trees, and the home worked perfectly for our small family but could easily accommodate more guests, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The pool area was large, clean, and well kept. We loved the putt-putt course and the string lights that made night swimming especially fun. Beach chairs, floaties, a wagon, and toys were a great bonus. The home is simple but has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Location was excellent—about 5 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 15 to Seaside. Private beach access was a huge perk, but the stairs down are very steep and not stroller or wagon friendly. Small suggestions would be adding window coverings for the back and porch doors for privacy and possibly including bikes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay"

"Cozy Retreat - This house was everything we could have asked for! We thought we would need to rent a golf cart, but it ended up being close enough to the beach that we could walk no problem. The pool was very well maintained! We loved the putting green. Lots of space inside, and super nice!"

"We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short and easy walk to the private beach access that connects to the public beach. Even our kids (ages 6, 10, and 12) had no trouble helping carry beach chairs and other gear down to the sand.The pool was clean and a great option for relaxing after the beach. We also found it easy to get to other areas along 30A from the property. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.We’d absolutely stay here again if we return to the area. Highly recommend!"

"Overall great property. Clean, well stocked. Easy walk to beach, which was very family friendly and not crowded. Only downside was the inability to turn off the alarm on the back door to the pool. A great feature if you have small children, but a bit of a nuisance if not. Also would have been good to include the details of how to operate the alarm in the guidebook. Easy to figure out but a big scare the first time it went off."

"Lovely family vacation We had the best time at Sunshine Daydream, the home was absolutely gorgeous, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for all 12 of us. Having private beach access was so amazing, and it was such a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. The screened in porch was beautiful to enjoy our morning coffee and when it rained it sounded lovely on the metal roof. We cooked dinner and breakfast several times and we had everything we needed. They even had olive oil and several seasonings there, along with plenty of dishes. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and the house did not feel crowded, the layout is perfect for big families. We all enjoyed the pool, putting green and we even roasted s'mores in the fire pit. We honestly did not want to leave. It was a perfect family vacation and we would definitely stay here again."

"Bridesmaids Getaway - My bridesmaids and I spent an incredible and perfect long weekend in this house. The house itself was beautiful and perfect for a group of 9 adults. We especially spent the bulk of our time by the pool, and we made some of our best memories swimming and hanging out by the incredibly private pool area. The location was perfect to restaurants and stores, and a very convenient walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and quaint and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip to celebrate my future marriage!"

"Excellent home to stay in for a family - Koinonia was beautiful. There was alot of hair left in one of the showers and a roach noted on arrival. But overall, the home was just what I needed. I have three little girls who loved the bunk over full and full bedroom. The pool was clean and beautiful. The put put area was a fun spot for the girls. There were a multitude of games for the kids to play. The highlight was the beach access at the end of the road. It is a home I would definitely stay in again.

"A wonderful stay at an absolutely lovely house. We enjoyed 4 nights (not enough!) at Koinonia on the Beach. The house is as pictured and is absolutely lovely. The bedrooms are big and the bathrooms are fabulous. The kitchen is pretty well appointed with plenty of glassware and dishes, a good and complete set of pans, and a decent set of knives. The proximity to the beach is amazing! The walk only took us about 5 minutes to get to the beach gate. Close enough to come back for a restroom break or to grab more snacks! The use of beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys was also appreciated. The beach wagon was a total gamechanger! The outdoor area of the house is wonderful...plenty of seating, 2 big umbrellas for shade, the putting green which was amazing, and the pool itself is a great size and has a nice shelf in the shallow end that's good for little kids (or other non-swimmers). The screened porch was nice, too; a great place to hang out. We had a couple of maintenance issues but the communication/handling by the management company was perfect. They were quick to respond and did their best to address and keep us informed. I cannot say enough good things. Even though they were not able to fix an issue, they made it right and were so great to communicate with. We cannot wait to return. We come to the area each year and usually stay at a different place every time, but we will hopefully stay at this house from now on. Honestly, it was really great. The only cons I would share:
• Mattresses and pillows could stand to be upgraded. They're not terrible but all 4 of us commented on the opportunity for improvement.
• There are a few items in disrepair (broken cabinet hinge, that kind of thing) but nothing that really takes away any enjoyment.
• Dining space could be tight with a big group"

"Lovely house with a short walk to the beach - We loved staying at this house. It’s about a quarter mile walk to the beach. Not bad at all! The heated pool was fantastic on the overcast days in May when the ocean was a bit chilly. The management company was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I think that could be improved at the house is the appliances. They’re just a bit old - the oven took a little longer to cook things it seemed. Just a slight inconvenience. The rooms, bathrooms, and amenities at the house were great! The neighborhood was quiet and the perfect place for my family with young kids. We’ll definitely be checking availability here next time we want to visit 30a!"

"This house could not have been any better! - We had such an AMAZING time at this beautiful home! It seriously could not have been a better set-up for our two families of four, with a master and a bunk room on each level. (And every bedroom has it's own bath!) The heated pool was an absolute hit with the 4 kiddos and the putting green was a wonderful surprise! The new updates to this home could not have been done more beautifully. The house is also located on a quite street and the kids enjoyed riding bikes down to the dead end. Plus private beach access just a short walk from the house!
And the amenities...they thought of everything! There were beach chairs, a beach wagon, pool towels, tons of board games and the kitchen wasn't missing a thing. Can’t put into words what an amazing time we had and how perfect the house was!"
