"That's What Sea Said was absolutely perfect. It's only a block from the beach with two public accesses on the other side of Front Beach Road. Everything was spotless upon arrival, the house is bigger than we anticipated (not to mention the kitchen island that's massive), and the pool in the back yard was perfectly shaded at some points of the day which is perfect for babies/kids. We will definitely have this spot top of mind for our annual trip, highly recommend!"

"We loved staying at the house. The house sleeps 10 people which was perfect for us as a family taking our grandchildren. I'm not sure that it would be the house for a multiple family vacation as there wouldn't be much privacy due to the house lay out. It is nice, very clean, has an extraordinary kitchen, a private pool, and only a block from the beach. Being able to rent the golf cart was great! It's in a nice, modest, safe, older neighborhood, and close to many fun activities. It was a 1.5 hour drive from the Destin airport, which was a little farther than I was wanting. Google said closer, but traffic was thick and slow in the area. Overall, it was great, and I'd highly recommend the hosts, as well as the house, for a nice family vacation!!"

"Perfect location and great home! - We had an absolute wonderful time on our stay. The house is very roomy and held all 7 of us with plenty of room for more. The pool was a huge bonus with the beach being double red flags most of our stay. Honestly it saved our trip! You can tell the place was recently remodeled and very very clean. My wife fell in love with the couch downstairs! The ice maker is a game changer and absolutely rent the golf cart. It’s absolutely a short enough walk to the beach but who wants to walk on vacation right? It’s a 30 second ride on the cart! I can’t say enough good things about the place honestly. Great location and great property. We won’t stay in this area again if it’s not in this house. I’d recommend it to anyone!"

The bunk room was great for the kids and the 4 full bathrooms were a must. All of the mattresses and couch were very comfortable and there was a ton of extra pillows and blankets.
They provided everything we needed in the kitchen and the absolute best feature was the huge ice maker! That was so amazing to have. The pool was perfect for all of our kids. The younger ones could swim in the shallow end and the older ones loved the deep end. The outdoor shower was another added feature that helped tremendously because sand gets everywhere!
The house is in a quieter section away from the tourist area. The beach was a very short walk from the house and easy to get to. There were plenty of chairs, toys, umbrella, boards, lifejackets, and a cooler and cart. So handy! We didnt rent the golf cart but wished we had. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for providing us with a great location for our family vacation."

"Great home in a more quiet location - This home was perfect for 2 families staying in the area for a baseball tournament. The home is about 20 minutes from Publix Sports Park. The homeowner / management company were very easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. The home itself is located about 1 block from the beach. The beach is beautiful. The home does have a wagon, beach chairs and other beach essentials you can borrow so you can enjoy your time at the beach. I encourage you to consider renting the golf cart for at least a couple of days during your stay. There is a great donut / ice cream shop and market just a short golf cart ride away. The home was very clean & comfortable and had plenty of room for the 2 families. The kids loved the bunk room. The backyard pool area if very nice with plenty of space and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We did feel this home is located in a more quiet area of Panama City Beach - about 10 minutes from Pier Park and the more touristy attractions. This was not an issue for us."

"We would rent this house again! - We had a great week at That’s What Sea Said! The perfect beach access one block away. Easy walk- but the Golf Cart is always worth it to us! Convenient stores close by, we went to the Winn Dixie 5 minutes up the road for our groceries. The Margarita station with the ice machine was an amenity we have never had- and it was sooo nice! We kept two coolers all week, and never had to get ice! The kitchen is bigger than the pictures give it credit for, and the two bedrooms and baths on the first floor was perfect! The outside hang out area, was spacious and the large table in the shade was great. We had two families, and a grandparent. Great area, beach was not crowded at all! We had a great week! Quick response for extra bath towels when we asked. We are frequent vacationers and Loved everything about it. We had a great time, was not ready to leave."

"Stayed at “That’s what sea said” - House was very well maintained and the air conditioning was excellent! The mattresses were also top quality. We really loved the pool and access to the 6 passenger golf cart. Be warned…. Do not drive the golf cart down Front Beach Rd. at night. FHP pulled us over and said since the cart was not registered it was not legal for touring the strip but ok to use within the neighborhood and to the nearby public beach access. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

Yes, the golf cart is not licensed as a car for cruising up and down beach 98. It is for getting to and from the beach, and its perfectly okay to use all around the residential neighborhoods. The police are very good about issuing warnings if used on the highway areas.

"Nice home with private pool and so close to the beach - Our family had a wonderful time at That’s what Sea said! So many pros like ample beach equipment with cooler and the ice machine was awesome!!!! Can’t say enough about that! The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the beach and the beach access. We couldn’t decide about renting the golf cart but so glad we did! It helped taking stuff to the beach or running to the market for more beverages. The living room sofa was so comfy and room for the whole family. Also nice to have a tv in each room.
Just a few cons or suggestions the dishwasher did not work and we put a call into maintenance and they never showed up so had to do all dishes by hand with only one dish towel. There were a couple of fans but none of them would work. They really need to have a broom and dustpan because beach = sand.

"Great Vacation with Family - We had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as listed, and was a little more spacious than we expected. We fit two travel cribs for our twins into one of the king bedrooms. We had children ranging from 9 month to 13 years and the pool was perfect. We were glad to rent the golf cart because of the sheer amount of stuff that comes with taking toddlers to the beach, but the home was so close to the public beach access that it was a luxury, not a necessity."

"Best property manager I’ve seen - We have been staying in Florida rental units for over 10 years and Mitch is definitely the best property manager we have encountered. He was very responsive to every query within just a few minutes.
The house was very clean and organized. As specified in the listing, there is indeed an extra twin mattress in one of the closets, but it is really only meant for a child. We had a grown man who tried to use it, but he ended up sleeping on the couch (which he declared the most comfortable sleeping couch he’d ever laid on ).
There were tons of beach chairs and pool toys available and even several coolers and a beach wagon. The golf cart was a favorite amenity for all of us. The fact that we could actually take it to the beach saved us from having to carry all of the heavy beach gear. We also took it to the local market and for ice cream several times.
The ice maker in the margarita bar was an absolute marvel! This is one of the best things I’ve seen in a rental unit. We use TONS of ice on vacation and never once had to buy any on this trip. Every time we emptied the machine, it seemed like it was full again within a very short time we never once ran out."

The house was very clean and organized. As specified in the listing, there is indeed an extra twin mattress in one of the closets, but it is really only meant for a child. We had a grown man who tried to use it, but he ended up sleeping on the couch (which he declared the most comfortable sleeping couch he'd ever laid on 😁).
There were tons of beach chairs and pool toys available and even several coolers and a beach wagon. The golf cart was a favorite amenity for all of us. The fact that we could actually take it to the beach saved us from having to carry all of the heavy beach gear. We also took it to the local market and for ice cream several times.
The ice maker in the margarita bar was an absolute marvel! This is one of the best things I've seen in a rental unit. We use TONS of ice on vacation and never once had to buy any on this trip. Every time we emptied the machine, it seemed like it was full again within a very short time we never once ran out."

"Loved it! - We loved this house! It was perfect for our group. We had 7 adults and 4 kids under 5. The pool was amazing and close access to the beach. The ONLY complaints I have are not being given the code to the golf cart key timely and the door alarm to the pool seemed faulty. But seriously, we would go back in a heartbeat. Y’all selling this place anytime soon?! :)"

"Perfectly clean beach home! - This house was amazing! We had a girls trip, and the home was perfect for us to have a great time. There were plenty of bathrooms, and the beds were SO comfy! The house was super clean, and the pool and outdoor area made for great memories. The walk to the beach was super easy and the wagon and chairs were a great plus. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Great Beach House - This was a great property. There was some miscommunication regarding renting the golf cart and we did have to call management and have them send maintenance out. However, the property was just as listed and we were happy. The beds and bedding were fantastic. We would stay here again for sure! :)"

"our stay - We enjoyed our stay. This was our second time renting this house. It had everything we needed for the 9 of us. We did bring beach chairs but didn't need to. The golf cart was great to haul our stuff to the beach. We will rent again!"
