"Great vacation home - The home was exceptionally clean with a heated pool. We spent Thanksgiving holiday here and had a great time with memories to last a lifetime. Kids swam in heated pool on chilly days while we hung out cooking and watching football. Location was great with just a few minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot to take the family!"

"Family trip - We had a great time at the Pearl. It was a short few block walk to the beach, but we chose to easily drive to Seltzer park for our beach time. The pool was so much fun for the kids. The kitchen was small, but had enough. The outdoor backyard space was perfect for our family. It is in a neighborhood setting, but the back yard makes you feel like you’re at your own resort. The checkout was simple, not requiring us to start laundry or strip beds."
