"We enjoyed a family vacation at this property. There was plenty of room for our crew that included 4 adults, one teenager and our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed the large balcony - beginning and ending our day here. Beautiful views and we even were able to see dolphins at times. We were able to easily access the white sand beaches. Our son enjoyed the pool as well. The open floorplan is always a plus for us as we were able to feel a part of whether we were in the kitchen, dining area OR living room. It was extremely hot during our stay and the AC in the condo was amazing and nice to come into after being in the extreme heat. We made lots of new memories and look forward to returning for more."

"There was a little confusion with the parking garage. I never saw communication about what floor of the parking garage the spot was on and a general location of the spot on the floor. A little confused about the floor the condo was on but quickly figured out the elevator…minor details. When we walked in, the cleanliness of the hotel was immediately recognized and the property was amazing overall. Small hiccup with some bedding for the pullout bed but it was quickly resolved which was amazing and thoughtful. We had an amazing experience and utilized the beach equipment in the guest closet. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again!"

The condo was clean and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was fantastic. We spent hours on the private balcony which provided seclusion and an incredible view. Building entry/exit was seamless with easy parking near the elevators (which were very fast; we never waited more than a few moments for a an elevator during our one week stay). We will definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful space to unwind comfortably - The unit was gorgeous and comfortable! We loved watching dolphins swim past each morning and evening from the LARGE 20th floor balcony (ceiling fans added extra comfort on hot days). The unit was clean, bedrooms and bathrooms provided the space and privacy we needed. The beds and furniture was cozy. We were a multi generation group ages 70, 69, 40, 18, and 9. We all loved it!!!"

"Cozy getaway with great ocean views - The condo is great for us — quiet getaway for 2 adults, with fabulous view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Coastal decor is a plus. Love the spacious balcony area. Feels safe. Internet was good. No issues. Parking garage is a bit zany but take it slow and it’s fine. Elevators were great.. fast. Overall A kind of place for us. "If the question is do you spend a little extra, the answer is yes. - Facilities and parking are great. Within 5 min drive to walmart and dining is close enough. I've never seen more sq.ft. dedicated to a balcony and I am so happy they did. The sound of the ocean fills the outdoor space even 20 floors up. Outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, new condition everything, a few beach chairs and umbrella... very appreciated. My wife, son, and myself couldnt of felt more comfortable. No loud neighbors and nice. As a man with a family that doesnt like to part with money i will do it again, I recommend the condo. I will stay with warren beach rentals again next time i travel to the gulf."

"Nice unit Warren was great to respond and informative. Sent out all info when needed. Most of the interaction was via text or email.
This unit was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We ate in almost every night for 2 weeks and had everything we could possibly need. It had 2 different coffee pots, pots and pans, bakeware, storage containers, etc
The unit is tastefully decorated.
The bedroom mattress closest to the balcony was a little to firm for us. (Some people like firm mattresses)
Also this entire facility is supposed to be a non smoking facility, but when we were sitting on the balcony, there was cigarette, cigar, and even weed smoke at all times of the day and night. This is not Warren's fault, simply individuals not following rules The overflow parking across the street is very limited and there is a cost of $30 for that parking. Over all a great vacation!"
