"Me and my husband had a wonderful getaway, just the two of us. This would be a great place to bring family as well but it was so peaceful and not crowded at all. The communication was clear and prompt. Very clean unit. Each unit has plenty of beachfront space and other renters close to us respected the space. You walk out the back door and can have your chair set up in about 30 seconds (approx 50 yards). The convenience is the best part! The townhouse was great and the a/c..10 out of 10 which is important Although it is outside of the main PCB tourist area, there are 2 grocery stores, CVS, coffee shop, seafood restaurant and breakfast place less than a mile from the townhouse. I will bo doubt rent this home again!"

"Perfection - We have zero complaints! It truly was everything we were hoping for. It was so convenient having the beach in our backyard. It was also pretty handy being so close, we could hear people at the beach yelling that there was a turtle so we headed right over and didn’t miss that awesome opportunity! We were able to walk to the condo for lunch and back out to hit the waves! It wasn’t crowded at all. We like to hop around the coast and stay in different areas, but this one has really won us over. We’re thinking of coming back next year!"

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and this place is now at the top of our search list for next year. The previous review about the cigarette smoke was possibly a mistake on the renters part. We never had that issue. In fact, it smelled great!"

"Thanksgiving on the beach - We had a fantastic day. My wife and I completely enjoyed just being able to walk straight out the back door and right onto the beach. My son and I were able to fish all day while my wife just sat and soaked up the sun. It was very nice, which I don’t know if that’s normally how it is this time of year, but it was warm and sunny. Except for the last few days, which got a little cool. It was just a really great stay we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much."

"The perfect spot! - We chose the property for its location, you just can’t beat being right on the beach! It was so convenient to bring our chairs out there and come and go from the beach as we needed. The house was just 2 minutes from Publix & Winn Dixie, it was a 10 minute drive to Rosemary & Alys Beach where we like to go for trying new restaurants. There were no large condo building nearby so the beach had plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Our only complaint is that there was a dark stain on the white bedsheets in the master bedroom, while I’m sure they were cleaned, they should probably be replaced. Overall a great experience, we will be back!"

"This how you do "beach" - It does not get any better than this. Very nice bungalow, all the amenities, and you step right off the back deck and you are on the beach. It is an end unit, very quiet, and we even saw a huge school of dolphins swimming right out back.
