"Mitch was a great host! Watercrest 202 was absolutely stunning! All of the furniture and beds were so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The entire place was clean and ready upon our arrival. The balcony was so roomy with the most beautiful views!! Beach service was great! The pool was also very nice. We loved every minute and definitely would love to return to this spot again in the future!!"

"The layout of the Airbnb was more spacious in person than it looked in the pictures. Our host was communicative and made himself readily available and responded quickly to any messages. The beach was a few steps away with beautiful ocean views. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels for our stay. There was construction going on during our stay to the left of the condo but it was only loud on the Friday morning. The rest of the weekend was peaceful. One good thing about being on the second floor is that accessibility to the unit was great. There were two nearby stairs and two separate elevators that I could use to get to the unit. *One of the main elevators was out of service*. We loved the pool and location was great being right on the beach. This made it very easy to get all 5 of the kids back and forth. Beds were very comfortable! Would recommend!"

"This was seriously such a wonderful condo at PCB! I loved the location towards the end of Thomas Drive near Schooners. The corner view was spectacular! It felt like being on the second story of beachfront home. My daughter (4) loved the pool and the walk to the beach was super easy. We took the stairs mostly and there is an elevator nearby that feels private. (Never had to wait for an elevator.) Highly recommend eating at CLevel (Front Beach Dr.) while you are in PCB. Everything there is delicious. It’s about a 10 drive minutes from the condo. I did manage to somehow misplace the wristbands and Mitch and the team at Warren Beach Rentals were super kind and helpful. I hope we can stay here next year!"
