PLEASE BE AWARE AQUA WILL BEGIN MOBILIZING PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION ON THE WEST SIDE UNITS ONLY IN STACKS 06-11. (UNIT NUMBERS ENDING 06-11) BEGINNING IN OCTOBER. BARRING DELAYS, COMPLETION IS EXPECTED IN JANUARY 2025. WORK WILL CONSIST OF INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE BUILDING REQUIRING RECOATING. DURING THIS PHASE, THE UNIT BALCONIES ARE ALSO BEING GROUND DOWN TO BARE CONCRETE, CLEANED, INSPECTED AND RECOATED. IN ADDITION...THE WESTERN OUTDOOR POOL WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME; HOWEVER, THE EASTERN INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL AND SPA WILL REMAIN OPEN. THE BOARDWALD BEACH ACCESS IS BEING REPLACED. The master bedroom is a King sized oasis with private balcony access, a king sized bed, flat panel TV, and a huge en-suite master bath complete with soaking tub and walk in shower. This is a perfect master retreat after a fun filled day on the beach.
Not to be outdone, the other 2 bedrooms are equally well furnished and offer dedicated bathrooms to pamper the rest of your family. The second bedroom offers queen bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The living room also offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.
NOTE: BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking via a link provided upon a booking confirmation. Guests will need to register and pay $50 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
