PLEASE BE AWARE AQUA WILL BEGIN MOBILIZING PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION ON THE WEST SIDE UNITS ONLY IN STACKS 06-11. (UNIT NUMBERS ENDING 06-11) BEGINNING IN OCTOBER. BARRING DELAYS, COMPLETION IS EXPECTED IN JANUARY 2025. WORK WILL CONSIST OF INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE BUILDING REQUIRING RECOATING. DURING THIS PHASE, THE UNIT BALCONIES ARE ALSO BEING GROUND DOWN TO BARE CONCRETE, CLEANED, INSPECTED AND RECOATED. IN ADDITION...THE WESTERN OUTDOOR POOL WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME; HOWEVER, THE EASTERN INDOOR/OUTDOOR  POOL  AND SPA WILL REMAIN OPEN. THE BOARDWALD BEACH ACCESS IS BEING REPLACED. A TEMPORARY OR ALTERNATE BEACH ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.

The main living area is full of light and has an open layout with room for everyone.  The kitchen is complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances and utensils you will need for making any kind of meal you prefer.  Have coffee at the kitchen bar, or make a huge meal and feed everyone at the new dining table!  The living area features ample seating, a Queen sized sleeper sofa, a huge TV and gorgeous ocean views.  Step out onto the balcony and enjoy sunset cocktails or just relax and listen to the waves crash below.

Not one BUT TWO King bedrooms- the first features all new bedding and is just steps from the bathroom and full-sized Washer and Dryer.  The Master bedroom also has a King bed, a TV and en suite bathroom with a double vanity- this bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.  You even have ocean views and a private entrance onto the balcony from your bedroom.  The third sleeping area is a converted bunk room at the front of the property with a trundle bed (two twin beds). NOTE: BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking via a link provided upon a booking confirmation. Guests will need to register and pay $50 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
