Located in the well-known Sandestin Resort, Beachwalk Villa 5115 is sure to easily become your next getaway. Upon entering, the first of two bedrooms with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom can be found. Access to a private patio and seating area is offered in this room as well. Straight down the entry hall leads to the open living area of the home. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and offers views to the outdoors, with a full view at the lake. The breakfast bar has seating for two, perfect for the kids to eat. A dining area surrounded by windows seats five and flows right into the living area. With a flat-screen television and plenty more seating, everyone will find their favorite spot easily. Outdoors, patio furniture and a charcoal grill set by the lake makes for a great spot to enjoy meals or a quick snack before heading into Destin for the day. Upstairs, the master bedroom with a king-size bed and large ensuite bathroom is tucked into space all its own. The bath offers dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. A sitting area joins the bedroom to a bonus room, with two twin beds. In-unit laundry, gorgeous landscaping, and a pack 'n' play for the little ones are just a few more amenities that make Beachwalk Villa 5115 perfect for you (sheets not provided for pack n play). A large neighborhood pool is only steps away, and across the street from the  attractions and fun at Baytowne Wharf. With plenty of dining options, such as the upscale Marlin Grill, and the laid back Hartell's Village Diner, you can spend a whole day in the village. However, with Beachwalk Villas being on the gulf side of the Sandestin property, you can just as easily spend a full day in the sun.
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm around makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be dowloaded to track the tram as well.
