The second floor features 3 bedrooms, the main master with access to the rear balcony and a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds share a bath.
The 3rd floor has a large tower bunkroom with 2 bunks and futon, flatscreen TV. the perfect kids escape.
The home has a lush backyard perfect for the kids to hang their Eno hammocks, ours have been known to "camp out" from time to time.
Cool Breeze is within an easy walking distance to several restaurants, the ice cream store, shops, and Gulf Place, where you will find an artist colony, craft brewhouse, pizza by the sea, and several local shoppes including the 30A store.
You are just across the street from the community pool, and a short drive from Grayton Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, and Sandestin.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
