Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This covers our cost to professionally clean after your stay. Must be under 25 lbs, and must fill out and register with the HOA. A separate parking and registration is paid to the condo at check in to get your parking passes and amenity bands. The rate as of 2020 is $20 per stay, but subject to change as the HOA decrees No Smoking. No college or party groups.
