This home is ideal for families. The one level floor plan is open and inviting. Here are some house rules.

1. MUST be over 25 to book, must have a parent or adult staying at the property who is over 25.

2. No party or college groups.

3. No events, they are now outlawed in Destin in this neighborhood.

4. No smoking, No pets

5. Check in time 4pm, Check out time 10 AM we are unable to offer early check in or late check out.

6. This house is GROUCH FREE.. if you are rude, hateful, or just plain mean, rent somewhere else. This house is for fun people only.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
