Parking is tight at Ocean Ritz, especially under the building. There is ONE free Parking spot under the building for your use. Other guests may bring vehicles and park in the public lot out front and pay the daily rate (currently $6 per car per day but subject to change).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
