Sterling Breeze charges a Resort Pass $50/per car
Maximum 2 cars allowed per stay. NO exceptions.

Effective September 5, 2023 Sterling Breeze will be upgrading the building's elevator system.  One elevator will be out of service while the upgrades are being made. The expected completion date for the project is March 8, 2024.  During this time period, elevator wait times will be longer than normal, we apologize for any inconvenience; in order to accommodate, our rates are discounted during this time.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
