Literally, the name says it all. Just steps from the beach, and with the Ultimate pool and spa set up in the area, this is a dream vacation destination.

Toes in the Sand is a comfortable, large family friendly home can accommodate up to 18 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Located next door to its sister home "Sea Escape", these homes together have a capacity of up to 36 making this a perfect location for a family Vacation, reunion, or retreat.

Downstairs you will find a large living room with big screen TV, dining area that seats 8 and well appointed kitchen There is also a queen-sized bedroom with bathroom and a tub/shower combination and outdoor exit to the amazing Brand New inground pool and Hot tub.
Second floor features a second living area with flat screen TV. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. There are 2 bedrooms with queen over queen bunk beds with queen trundles that each sleep up to 6. These bedrooms split a full bath. Additionally there are two king-sized master bedrooms with ensuite baths and balcony access facing the beach.

Outdoor living area features a brand new Private pool and hot tub with lounge seating,

Pool may be heated from March 1 until December 31 for additional fee ($50 daily in summer.. $100 daily in winter) that must be paid in advance of your stay. Pool heat is not available January and February.

3 Night minimum stay required during all seasons.

All Rentals must sign a Rental Agreement and post a security deposit through Warren Beach Rental that will show as a hold on a major credit card. This INCLUDES all rentals made on Airbnb.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
