The main floor of this home features the custom living room, with a HUGE flat-screen TV. Fully stocked kitchen to accommodate all the cooking needs! Dining room with dining set for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar! In addition, you will find access to the private, pool, covered patio, and backyard oasis.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

Bedroom 1 is a large King master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and pool views..

Bedroom 2 is a queen bedroom with access to the guest bath.

The Second Floor offers 4 additional bedrooms/living spaces

Bedroom 3 is an upstairs King bedroom with ensuite bath and views over the pool and grounds. 

Bedroom 4 is a queen bedroom with private balcony access

Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks plus 2 twin trundles (sleeps 6). 

Bedroom 6 is also used as an upstairs playroom, has a queen sleeper sofa, and Big screen TV and is the perfect place for kids to have their own hangout. 

In all, easily sleep up to 16 in total comfort. 

All bedrooms offer plenty of Space, Brand new top-of-the-line bedding and furniture, and flat-screen wall-mounted televisions.

The unit offers a custom, in ground Gunite pool. The backyard is private, with ample seating for a restful day in the sun. 

Dogs will be considered under 35 lbs for an extra fee of $295 plus tax per pet paid in advance.  No cats or other animals are allowed. Dogs must be under the 35 pound weight limit and disclosed and approved prior to your stay..

Must be 25 or older to rent. The named renter must occupy the house the duration of the stay. 

No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use tolerated.

Garage is not available for guest use. 

This is a family house, absolutely No college or party groups. 

Most importantly: THIS IS A NO GROUCH HOUSE.  If you are hateful, rude, or just plain mean.. Rent elsewhere. This house is only for fun people that want to come enjoy a fun trip to the beach.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
